I liked the fitting experience, being able to come into a store. There were also guys in my group who could not come into a store and had their sizes mailed to them. This made it easy to figure out the fit. The quality of the tuxes were good as well. I also liked the online portal that showed who in the group had been fitted and picked up their tux. This allowed me to monitor my group of misfits.

You were all so friendly, assisting and making my tux fit and ready to my needs and standards. When it came time to adjustments, you guys were on it. Ordering me a new style in pants and receiving it on time a day before the wedding. Super rad, and will be coming back for future endeavors. I am not from the San Diego area. So, after being fitted months before my daughter's wedding, questions came up for me. When I would call about the questions I had, the staff was very friendly and professional about helping me. I wanted to pay in advance so all I needed to do was pick up my tux and go when I arrived in San Diego. I did need some shortening of the pants and within a few hours it was completed, and I was able to get it the same day. Thank you

The suits were very nice. Well kept the associates or were just outstanding and they listen to everything that you were concerned about or our concern about you just feel really comfortable being there. My son ordered his tuxedo rental just a week before prom, and Friar Tux came through impressively. They quickly took his measurements and ensured the tuxedo arrived just in time. The rental included everything he needed: jacket, pants, socks, shoes, bowtie, vest, shirt buttons, and a handkerchief. While the price was slightly higher than I expected, the excellent service and quick turnaround made it well worth it. I was very pleased with both the service and the quality of the tuxedo.
