I liked that I could make an appointment, however, I still had to wait quite a bit even with an appointment (20 min ish). A person who was a walk-in after me was able to be seen at the same time I was. So is there no point in making an appointment? The actual fitting was very efficient, as was the returns. Love the ship to home option as the store was very crowded during my fitting and I was happy no not go back.

They have very good customer service, they are very efficient, and if you have any questions or problems, they solve them instantly. The suits are of very good quality, and they deliver everything perfectly organized.
