I was so impressed with the amazing service provided. Even though it was busy for prom season, Tyrone gave his full focus, positive and professional effort to make sure I found the perfect tuxedo for my wedding reception. Everything fit perfectly and looked so classy. Returning the items could not have been easier. I am so glad I came here instead of opting to buy a cheaply made tux at nearby stores. Thank you!

The associate we worked with took her time and measured everything to perfection. She made a few great suggestions and we were very happy with the service. My son had a growth spurt before his final fitting and pick up. A phone call a week before his fitting helped make sure there were some size options available when he arrived. All went smoothly. The return was equally as pleasant and easy. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a tuxedo.

It was great that everything was included - complete suit, socks, and shoes. No need to shop for anything else! Just pick up and drop off. Very practical and easy. Would have given 10 stars except that we were not informed of the $40 non refundable fee if/when you are measured. It worked out for us but knowing that beforehand would have been nice.

The gentleman that helped with my fitting was great. He made sure I had what I needed in the correct sizes. He has a great personality and I enjoyed my experience. When I picked up my tux there were different employees there. The gentleman that helped me was ok, but definitely not a great vibe. I watched him help a custumer and I saw the interaction or should I say, Lack there of The guy who did the fitting was also there at drop off. He was still the same awesome person with a great personality. Other employees should learn from him
