Good variety of group classes with amazing instructors. Always high energy and pleasant. Child care is wonderful- only good things are ever said about those women. Front desk is also great! Always helpful and friendly! Facility is kept clean at all times. Love it here!

I love classes with Ashley, Donna, Kim, Stephanie, Kayci and Carol. They bring lot of positive energy to their class, with excellent cues and instructions to make us work better. Best is that they encourage members to try other classes as well.

I’m always greeted with a smile. The little African American girl is always so welcoming as is the other staff. Pretty little smile. Once she even charged my phone for me. little giveaways are fun too! It always feels like community.
