Bill was very communicative,and especially patient throughout the mortgage process. I had numerous questions as this was our first purchase of property as a vacation home. Bill walked us through the process, answered each question confidently and informed us about the next steps prior to closing. In fact, Bill was especially helpful since he brought to my attention when rates might be rising. He was right! They have only risen since that conversation.

I really appreciate the way Bill communicates with our mutual client. The new video service is a great example as is the weekly loan update emails. I know my client was really happy with Bill's high level of service and when my client is happy so am I. Thank you Bill for a smooth transaction. I also appreciated how FSM handled the rate lock for my client. The extension was much appreciated.
