I don't give 10s, but it's a nice no cost to high cost service you provide. Thank you for your professionalism toward those of us who just do your free tests. It's refreshing that you don't use 'hard sell' tactics as well; you provide a valuable paid service, but don't put down those who aren't Ivy League minded. If I had kids who were aiming at Harvard or Yale, I'd probably sign up, but allowing those of our students who are heading toward average schools the practice in a real setting is greatly appreciated.
I like that the times are flexible. I appreciate that the tutoring is customised for my child. I like that there is frequent communication from our specialist.. Most of all we appreciate how patient the tutor has been in making sure the material is understood.
You have always been flexible with scheduling and if a tutor isn't a good fit, you work to get a different one for my child. The one on one tutoring is very helpful. Both my kids have used it for math and this situation benefited my daughter, since it gave her a chance to ask questions that she was uncomfortable asking in class for fear of seeming stupid. It also benefited my son, who has ADD, as there was less opportunity for him to become distracted.
My daughters tutor can help her with 2 different subjects depending on what her needs are. Also it is nice that frontier tutoring has the textboooks that the schools in town use and the tutor is familiar with them.
Thoughtful, constructive input and feedback. Definitely will help improve my son's college application. Have to believe the price tag is a deterrent to more business though. Feels really expensive for the service/s provided.
