FMV sets the standard for outstanding customer service - it's my "go to" shop because of this. They go above and beyond, answering questions without any pressure. I'm always impressed by their knowledge and support. And, a special shout-out to Shana (who is always willing to help) for getting me a new wheel and having it set up within 2 days so that I could get away for a bike trip. I highly recommend FMV!

As always, the knowledgeable and family friendly cycling environment of FMV doesn’t disappoint. From stepping in to walking out the service is kind and helpful. All are patient and good listeners to whatever nitty gritty bike ailments might be going on. Scott and John, and all clearly pride themselves on team work, quality performance and sharing all they know to provide best biking experiences for the customer.

The store looks great & has a cool vibe! The cycling shirt I bought for my husband fits like a glove. Unfortunately, I'll need to bring my new bike back in because the cover to the port on the e-bike fell off again. Great experience though!

Got the service done in a timely manner and all worked well afterwards. One of the bike shop mechanics could have been much nicer about the conversation with far less judgment and condescension. Unfortunately this is common with all bike shops so doesn't differentiate Full Moon Vista. The other mechanic at Full Moon was far better about the discussion.
