Resources are willing to go the extra mile to help. This was the second time in a couple of years that I benefited from a call to Trek requesting something to be covered under the warranty. I saved $900 because the staff was willing to request warranty coverage from Trek. Great Job and much appreciated.

This is the only place to buy bikes. I bought my first Trek from Full Moon Vista and now I have just purchased my second bike from here. This one is a Trek step through since I can no longer use a step over. The whole team was exceptionally helpful from fitting to checking to make sure everything was working. Thank you again. Service seems to be of higher quality, compared to other local shops. Service staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, i.e. neither "too cool for this world", nor having "an attitude".
Product selection is limited, but hand-picked. Like a small book shop that has a limited, but carefully curated selection of books.
