I've been going to Full Moon Vista for years, and most often recently for my Cannondale Tesoro Neo X e-bike. They have seen me through everything from standard tune-ups to a full repair after an SUV hit me IN THE BIKE LANE. They even helped me fix up my old DiamondBack so I could give it to a friend. I quite literally trust them with my commuting life, and I always feel like I am in good hands. [heart emoji] [jazz hands emoji]

FMV sets the standard for outstanding customer service - it's my "go to" shop because of this. They go above and beyond, answering questions without any pressure. I'm always impressed by their knowledge and support. And, a special shout-out to Shana (who is always willing to help) for getting me a new wheel and having it set up within 2 days so that I could get away for a bike trip. I highly recommend FMV!

The store looks great & has a cool vibe! The cycling shirt I bought for my husband fits like a glove. Unfortunately, I'll need to bring my new bike back in because the cover to the port on the e-bike fell off again. Great experience though!
Got the service done in a timely manner and all worked well afterwards. One of the bike shop mechanics could have been much nicer about the conversation with far less judgment and condescension. Unfortunately this is common with all bike shops so doesn't differentiate Full Moon Vista. The other mechanic at Full Moon was far better about the discussion.
