The only complaint I have is the lady who first helped me. (The name starts with a s) She stated that I had to pay the initial payment up front even if I was credit approved. Turns out she was wrong so I scrambled and waited for payday to pay the 250 upfront. The guy who came out then told me I could split it up in payments as well. So you just need better training on what your policy is for your employees.
Our driver is so respectful, courteous and just a really nice guy. I did appreciate the phone call from the office offering the discount since my husband has been ill things are hard enough as it is and this has helped ease some of the difficulties of life.
What impresses us most is the continuing good service from G & K. We are from the golden "Gebbie & Kleibe" days, although at 74 years of age I can no longer recall how those names are spelled. Here's an aside that has nothing to do with G & K, thank goodness. I remember the night Unigas exploded. It happened on February 20, 1970, which was my twenty-seventh birthday. Facing Yucca Valley to the south, I stepped outside onto the back porch in Johnson Valley. It was as though the sun rose. An orange light appeared above the Bighorn Mountains, and just as quickly it sank out of sight. There was no accompanying sound. The following day we learned what had happened. Thank you for many years of great service from G & K. Stan Coutant, Johnson Valley, [EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED]
