Laura is Amazing!! She informed us about the reservation corridor after she reviewed the survey, and because of that, my clients get to change to another lot with no buffer in the back, so they can use their land with no issues and also don’t have to worry about resale value being impacted. Love the Golden Team!!!

Great job overall. Leigh very helpful and responsive. With a client out of the country I really appreaciated this. Additionally, I would like to share that when their was a problem, my lender contact at Bank South shared with me that he felt Leigh was there to help solve the problem and not get into a blame game between lender and attorney. Steve was in contact while he was on vacation. Also very helpful.
