I’m always greeted at the door, all started members are always smiling and very helpful, and the atmosphere is so warm and pleasant. The office is always clean and has snacks awaiting guest all the time. I love working with Ganek also because the transactions are always smooth, even before we get to the closing table. The staff was very professional and proactive. This transaction had a number of twists and turns but everyone remained calm and worked through the process. I particularly enjoy the way the closing attorney explained the stack of documents to the buyer at the table. This can feel overwhelming but she walked him through it all.

From start to finish Ganek exceeded my expectations- Mimi and Steven the attorneys were so great. The communication from the beginning was excellent. We needed assistance with an amendment and got clarification immediately and both the seller and buyer were appreciative. The white glove 5 star service did not end there- when we got to the closing table, the administrative staff and Front Desk were so helpful and kind and welcoming. The attorney was thorough, put my seller at ease and was so very kind. I was so impressed and Ganek has truly been the best to work with.
