Gary was amazing! The selling of my parents home, as part of their estate, was grueling. The whole process began in 8/23. So many issues were happening to their home, from the roof to the septic to insulation to getting rid of an accumulation of barely touched household items since 1965. Gary was there to suggest workers and keeping us updated once the home was finally ready to go on the market in 6/24. My family and I would personally recommend Gary to anyone who is contemplating selling or purchasing a home in the Grand Traverse area. My folks home was on Lake Ann and we live down state. Whether we had a question or needed council on the process we were going through, Gary was there to answer and guide us. Thank you so much for everything, Gary!

Gary was recommended to us as a local realtor. I could not be happier with him as a business man and his personal demeanor is very kindly. It was a pleasure to have worked with him. He always returned texts and emails quickly and went above and beyond to help get our house and yard ready to sell. Even helped move some furniture.
