Came in for drivetrain maintenance. The bike had been creaking from about six different places and the mechanic found and fixed every one of them, even though that wasn’t what I’d asked for. It came back silent and smooth, feels like a new bike. The thing that stayed with me was him telling me the cassette was fine. He could have said it needed replacing and I’d have paid up without question. Instead he just told me the truth and did the work that needed doing. That’s the reason I’ll be back. I never caught his name, I’m useless with names, but he was great throughout, explained everything, and clearly takes pride in the work. Whoever he is, he deserves to know it was appreciated.

Amazing price , incredible delivery , super customer service , could not fault them if I tried , order Tuesday was delivered Thursday morning. Awesome bike , fully assembled , all you have to do is straighten the handle bars and screw in the pedals. Most other places always have much more assembly required. Personalised instructions provided by supplier , just super work and attention to detail. Have already recommended to friends.

I have bought several bikes off the lads in Gary's. Nothing is an issue. I needed certain tweeks to the bikes and never an issue. They say they will have it ready and it is ready. The range on display in store is astonishing. Free delivery. Lads simply show every time why you can't beat buying bikes from people who ride bikes themselves. I couldn't recommend the lads highly enough.
