Very proactive, following up to ensure I got the relevant info in for the bike to work scheme. Ciaran very kindly offered to bring the bike out to Grange on his way home and followed up to ensure I got deposit back. Much appreciated

Youre communication and service level is not what prevails in the main nowadays. You are all exemplary and super professional.
