I have been a customer for, geez, over twenty years. Just small stuff here and there. You guys have never let me down. Courteous, knowledgeable, a value for the service and product you provide. I don’t shop for bikes so I am not sure about new bike prices. Though I would hope you are a value there too. Whenever there is a need for bike service or parts I always recommend Gateway Cycle.

I like how friendly and helpful all of the staff are at Gateway Cycle! They are knowledgeable and were willing to answer any questions I had. I took my bike there for a tune-up and appreciated their honesty - when I asked about paying for a more expensive service, they told me the bike was in good shape and only needed a basic tune-up at this time. When I am ready for a new bike, I will definitely be shopping at Gateway - I love supporting small businesses!
