The honesty about what needed to be done on the used bike. This allowed me to make the decision either fix the bike or get a different bike. They also gave me the option to get a used bike they got in on trade. This was much more cost effective for me and my family. I appreciate the team at Gateway Cycle.

What I enjoy most about Gateway is how casual and personal it feels. I’m sure they have many customers, but they make you feel important and heard….unlike some of the big chain bike stores

A blown out tube on a hardly used rim I bought from you 2 years ago. You found the problem with the rim, fixed it and new tube. All for no charge. Great customer service!
