I was Billās first customer when Gateway moved from White Bear Avenue to current location Bought a bike and return every spring for tuneups and several times during the bike season to stay updated. Just bought a new seat. Customer service is outstanding

I went to put kickstand when I took off carrier and it does not hold up the bike!! Pretty useless š is it cause the baskets too heavy!?
Kinda wish I didn't have basket put on ... hard to get on & off bike without swinging my leg over (self inflected, I guess) I didn't think of that!šµāš«
