The honesty about what needed to be done on the used bike. This allowed me to make the decision either fix the bike or get a different bike. They also gave me the option to get a used bike they got in on trade. This was much more cost effective for me and my family. I appreciate the team at Gateway Cycle.

I recently took my bike to Gateway for a tune up, and they did a great job. The staff at Gateway consistently breach my expectations. My dad and I have bought multiple bikes from Gateway Cycle, and I’d bet anyone who buys a bike or any other service will be happy with their decision. What I enjoy most about Gateway is how casual and personal it feels. I’m sure they have many customers, but they make you feel important and heard….unlike some of the big chain bike stores

I was looking to support a local shop and I’m so happy I chose Gateway Cycle! Everyone there was super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I came in with several questions, and they were so patient and easy to talk to—never made me feel silly for asking anything. What I really appreciated was that there was no pressure at all. They didn’t try to upsell me or push anything I didn’t need. It honestly felt like they just wanted to help me find the right fit, and I don’t think you can find that everywhere. If you're looking for a local bike shop where you’ll feel totally comfortable and well taken care of, I’d 100% recommend Gateway Cycle!
