I had a great experience at Gateway Cycle. I went in looking at a specific bike, but still having some questions to make sure it would be the right fit. They did not try to upsale me to a bike 2-3 times more than I was looking to spend like other places had. They took the time to talk with me and show me specifics about the bike. You could tell the people there actually rode and cared as other places were just selling bikes.

Gateway Cycle is the only place I've used for bike purchases and service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable whether it is product related or repairs. The turnaround for repairs is always quick and the work is done right. Yesterday's purchase was a new bike. I was especially impressed by the pre-delivery tune-up before they would let me take the bike out the door. Thanks
