Gavin was on top of everything for us and made sure we knew about import issues to cover and time line to expect. She provided up with timely updates on status of the sale once we accepted the offer. She also put us in touch with highquality referrals to complete tasks needed to close. Everyone from attorneys to water test to septic test etc. Would not hesitate to Gavin to anyone.

Gavin came highly recommended by our son and daughter in law whom she assisted in the purchase of their first home, so a few months later when we decided to make the move to Western NY from out of state, our first call was to Gavin. We found her so personable and knowledgeable we knew right away we wanted to work with her. Gavin took the time to really understand what features were most important or non-negotiable for us in the search for our new home. She was patient with our questions, well- informed about the properties, and a great resource for the local businesses and amenities she thought that we would enjoy in the different areas in which we were looking. She had her work cut out for her as the market was very lean when we arrived to the area. There were disappointments but Gavin kept us optimistic that we would find the right place together, and we did! It checked all our must haves, and more. We closed 10 days ago on our home and could not be happier. Gavin is a super star. This is our 4th, and hopefully last home and we are grateful we had Gavin on our side to help us navigate the details.
