I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. This is the 2nd RV we have purchased from General Rv Birch Run. Mary was our saleswoman. She was very knowledgeable on the brands and never pushy. Dylan our walk thru rep was very thorough and answered all our questions. Gave us pointers and tips. Last but not least was Cameron. Friendly and prompt service team. I was informed of things that needed to be done as far as maintenance but without pressure. When I arrived for winterization of my RV, they said it would take a certain time and they were right. I’m happy 😊

When you get the right people things do happen quickly. I had the wrong Service man when Steve took care of it it all worked. The place is good. The prices are good. The Service people that are there. You have to sort them out. I had a bad one then I had a good one. You just have to work with it.
