The quick reception, very fast examination of the problem, rapid diagnosis of the problem and extremely rapid disclosure of the status of warranty coverage. Only issue is the length of time from parts order to expected delivery date, between seven days to possibly fourteen days.

Over the years. In buying RV’s, We have “NEVER” had anybody take the Time to walk us completely through our New Unit both Inside & Outside, like Michael Thomas Did! I wish I could Remember the Name of the Young Lady who introduced us to Mr. Thomas, She kept us informed throughout our Time there! Just how thorough Jill Peelman was in explaining our Financing & the other options available. Then involving John who explained to us some of extra options available to us! We was Very Pleased & Satisfied with not just the service but overall hospitality from everyone involved. If I every buy again, It’s a no “BRAINER, GENERAL RV IS THE PLACE FOR US!”

Overall wonderful customer service. All staff were highly interactive and friendly with my dog. The entire place is clean and comfortable, including the waiting areas. The Agents & Techs keep customer informed through the repair process & give updates on time progress without asking. All needed repairs/orders are explained fully. Service department is efficient with attention to detail.
