Lori in your parts department was fantastic. She was very helpful in determining the right part that I needed and actually found one in stock. She was also very pleasant.
First of all, Tina, who was very friendly, kept me informed throughout my wait, which I appreciated. Secondly, Drew was very helpful and friendly (thank you for the special coffee). During a PM check, he found that my roof's edges needed recaulking to prevent water damage. And lastly, Miles, who did the Blue Ox welding on my car, was very informative and patient with all of my questions. Although the installation of a Blue Ox towing system is expensive, I think General RV did a great job.
Every one was nice and explained everything in detail. Answered questions if you had them. Also if we have questions after we left the lot they said we could call.
Purchased an RV couch. Gal was helpful. Your other location is closer to us in Clarkston where we purchased our 2019 Reflection. Customer service is awful there. We have had so many issues with our purchase.
Furniture peeled after warranty, we had our refrigerator in several times for not working properly. Warranty ran out. Cost us $2800 for repair in Texas. It originally had 4 small fans in the back, the put in two larger ones for some reason. The guy who repaired it in Texas said that may have been one of the issues. We had to buy a new cooling unit.
Microwave also crashed after warranty, and we had to put a new roof on last year.
As always, the staff was friendly and polite, answering all questions thoroughly. Matt and Kyle are outstanding, as are the woman at the counter who checks you in and the two gentlemen who inspect your RV when you pull in.
