We have been to the service department for work on our camper way too many times but everybody is nice and very helpful especially with the little things.
We really liked the experience of picking up our camper, showing us through it and how the hitch system worked was great. Bandana Mike was very helpful, as was the man who showed us all about the camper.
From the moment we connected with General RV, you could tell that the most important thing to them is their customers. Chelsea was such a great person to work with! She answered all our questions, and was a great uber driver! Make sure to go see her if you’re in the market for a RV!!! From reception all the way through to service/parts we were treated like VIP. I would and will be highly recommending General RV!
The entire process was seamless and pleasant. The introduction and walk through of my new Micro Minnie Winnie was done with a very knowledgable part of your team. looking forward to my trip to Alaska spring 2027.
As far as a dealer experience can go, this one was pretty good. The main feedback is give would be to offer the service packages at the time of the deposit so I could opt-in to the services before the pickup date so things like the anti-mildew treatment could be done before hand. Could have taken a 4 hour process down to less than 2. Also would give me time to consider the packages (rather than skeptically declining most of it in person).
