Steve - Salesman Accommodating, understanding, professional, easy to deal with. No intimidation, no problems, straightforward. Perfect person to deal with when working on a large purchase. Business Manager Attentive and thorough, and still with a no BS approach. Another perfect person to deal with on a large purchase. Amber - Delivery Coordinator Thorough, communicative, professional, friendly. Made certain that delivery day went perfectly and without any problems. James Davis - Walkthrough Exceptionally thorough with checking and double checking. Made sure to already be familiar with my product and my needs before we even got started. A lot of times, these walkthroughs are annoying and useless. James made sure to focus on the important stuff and still make sure to touch every aspect of the RV before I departed. I didn’t get the names of these two folks, I wish I had: A younger man and younger woman, were responsible for getting my hitch setup and connecting the trailer to my vehicle. I had many questions at this point, as I haven’t towed in many years and was nervous about getting the hitch setup and connected properly. Both of these employees have exemplary customer service skills, exemplary people skills, and were extremely patient with my questions and making sure I understood everything clearly. The young man took the time to thoroughly explain my brake controller to me, and even took time to circle through the parking lot several times with my vehicle and trailer to make sure my questions were answered. Again, I wish I had caught their names. Their professionalism and courtesy was probably among the highest I’ve experienced at any business transaction, and it made me feel valued and respected as a customer. Thanks!
