Great experience from the first call all the way until pulling away with our new camper! Worked with us to make sure we had everything we wanted at a price that worked for our family, offered extras but were not pushy when it didn’t make sense for us, flexible and patient with our kids coming along for the ride, consistent clear and open communication throughout the entire process. Plus the extra comfort of having a reliable, friendly place to bring our camper as the years go by!

That we had Adam Watterson in our corner to help navigate, repair, & get our “new” trailer issues fixed. He definitely went above & beyond to help us in every way possible. We felt without him it would have taken much longer than it did to get us back to enjoying our new trailer.
Everyone at General RV of Brownstown treated us with respect and like family. They l came within our budget on the new camper and gave us a very fair amount for our trade. Corey was very thorough with sales Amber & John from service made sure our concerns were addressed and taken care of on our new RV before it was delivered and scheduling delivery was seamless. During closing, Joe in finance was professional yet very comical and had us laughing. Adam who delivered our fifth wheel did a phenomenal job placing our new rig where we wanted and even helped us level it. Our experience from start to finish was exceptional. Not to mention we walked the red carpet rocking that VIP status the day we did our final walk through.

Although our repair took very long it was not the fault of General RV, they were waiting for warranty approval.
The entire time the service associate Chad at the Brownstown location kept us updated. He was very helpful in helping to get the repair done as quickly as possible.
Once the warranty work was done Chad made sure we had our unit back as soon as possible.
Chad was pleasant to work with he was very efficient and knowledgable.

My wife Tammy and I own a Class C RV, and over the years we have seen a tremendous improvement in the service department at General RV Brownstown.
On our recent service visit, Chad, our service advisor, went above and beyond from start to finish. From my initial phone call, Chad understood that we had an upcoming camping trip and made sure to get us scheduled quickly. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, provided regular updates on the progress of the repairs, and even took the initiative to help get the service started himself on the day we dropped off the RV.
Chad’s dedication, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction made a significant difference in our experience. He worked hard to ensure everything was completed on time and to our satisfaction, allowing us to confidently prepare for our next trip.
