I liked the check-in with roof photos and discussion, Brian did a good job! Waiting area is excellent! That said, I have to say that your labor rate is ridiculous, most likely comparable to elsewhere but as a hands-on person it’s incentivizing, I’m going to appreciate my own efforts more knowing what I am saving!

The entire experience with General RV was great! Starting with our sales associate (Caden Brown) he was awesome! Very helpful every step of the way! Ramon did our walk through and did an awesome job! He was extremly knowledgeable and answered any and all questions we had. There was an issue with the hot water heater and Ramon started off by telling us and that he had already put in the request for the fix. The few other minor issues were addressed and we were on our way. Chris Stallings was also a pleasure to work with! Financing was smooth as well as Robert took care of that! Overall a 10/10 experience! Thank you!
