Amy was a sweetheart and helped me so much with my dog and husband (has dementia). Mike explained the operations of the motorhome in a thorough, understandable manner. Actually everyone was super!
Everyone is so nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable and informative. Kept me up to date through the process of replacing my awning. Will definitely go back should I need any other RV services.
I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks for an evaluation of my service needs and a follow up appointment within a week for a repair, getting me back on the road very fast. Missy was absolutely wonderful to work with. Thank you all very much.
We needed service in the middle of a 3 month rv trip. Everyone was very helpful, con earned about our situation and responsive and efficient in getting us back on the road. Britney was great, keeping us informed every step of the way. All of the staff were friendly and helpful from the greeter on arrival to the walk through by Andrew at the end. I would highly recommend General RV Center for routine service or especially for emergency travel assistance. I can only hope the the center in Mesa Arizona will be as great.Special thanks to Andrew who went over and above to get our braking system installed and functioning correctly.
General RV Elisabethtown is a world apart from General RV Ocala. I did have to wait several hours for the service to be completed but that was in part failure by Ocala. Also, Missy was very conscious about checking with me and giving me updates as the service progressed. You wouldn’t want to lose her.
Tyler one of your texts I believe that was his name was a great help. We were having an emergency situation while on the road and he took time out to come and look at my issue and help me figure out what parts I needed so I can repair it at the next stop.
I got in earlier than my scheduled appointment. They started to work on my van right away. They evaluated the van and found the problem. Now they need to order the part.
