Josh’s immediate attention to my texts (….and not sharing my info with Beijing jk). He was there all steps of the way. I really appreciate his service and support to us. Tracy’s patience with us. Docusign isn’t always the best way to send docs depending on one’s internet availability, but she was patient with us and gave good advice for how to finance it. I just wonder where my first online application for financing went to; probably Beijing! Lastly, and I apologize for not remembering his name; but the gentleman who gave us the virtual tour of our van. Yes, I have been researching this platform for the last 3 years, but to see it in (almost) person and have someone knowledgeable of RVs give us their point of view is priceless. So far VERY satisfied with the service and support.
