The staff at General RV, Elizabethtown were very courteous and helpful. They got the work done efficiently and had me out of there in no time. The building was new and very clean with a comfortable waiting area. They did a full walk around of my trailer and came to me with some recommended service items to address any issues they found but weren't pushy about getting them done. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Debbie provided a lot of good information with her demo of our new trailer. Added her own helpful experiences as a camper. Tyler's demo of the hook up to our tow vehicle gave me piece of mind that it was done right. He spent time to show me how my brake controller worked. Thanks also to Eric, Jeff and Colleen for making it a good experience overall. Also want to mention David Ruth from the West Chester location for putting us on the path to our new RV.
