Whether purchasing or needing service, I have been treated like my businesses matters. My most recent visit to GRV was for service on my Alliance Avenue 5th wheel. Brenda in Service was friendly and professional and kept me informed . When I picked up my 5th wheel she showed me step by step pictures of all the things that were serviced and repaired. Brenda also went out with me to inspect my 5th wheel to insure there was no damage . If and when I need repairs or service on my trailer I will be looking for Brenda . I believe if you manage your expectations and treat people with respect and kindness they will treat you the same. The Team at GRV Mt Clemens have exceeded my expectations every time I am there.

Dale was very helpful when it came to delivery. He went above and beyond to help us hook up and get the 5th wheel on the road. He even reached out to check on us/the camper after a couple days to ensure everything worked out. Tony had a great attitude and had great communication when looking to buy. Solomon was great to work with finance wise. He helped make it an easy process. Worked with what I needed/wanted.
