This our third purchase. Two travel trailers and this is our first RV. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received all the staff Especially Carla who helped us with finding the right RV for our needs and she also helped us with our other trailer we bought about 4 years ago and we couldn’t ask for anything more than someone who got us. Mike in financing explained everything very well. We felt very comfortable with him. Another great customer service couldn’t ask for anything more. We feel like we were taken care of. The big Thanks to Joe who did our demo on our new RV, took us through every inch of that RV and helped us with any questions. We appreciate his patience and helping us General RV from start to finish was a great experience!

Retail staff was very friendly and made every effort to make sure I was able to purchase the best product for the price I wanted to stay within. She (staff) ran upstairs multiple times to bring me product to view and consider. Really appreciated the customer service!

My husband and I dealt with a representative named Brenda from Mount Clemens. She made a very stressful situation from our end with our camper go very smoothly. It was in the shop for several weeks. She was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. She remained very professional and calm even when I became at times very stressed and vocal. She is aporoachable and a people petson.She is definitely an asset to the team at General RV.
