The service that was provided to me was very good when I asked questions and they allowing me to see my unit while in service. The service representatives also helped me get in touch with the manufacturer so i could address my concerns on my new 2026 forest river. Service that was provided should have been done before general rv received it from the manufacturer back in November I don’t believe it went through a final inspection. Thank you General RV for being patient with me and helping me with my concerns.
