It was pretty fast and the staff were very pleasant to work with. I went in on a Saturday for the first time. Took my new camper home the following Monday. I also had a clear understanding of the camper and how to use everything from the hitch setup through the whole camper on how to use everything it has. The camper was cleaned inside and out. Hooked up to electrical and water before I showed up. Every person I worked with every step of the way explained all the questions I had very clearly. They all made me feel very comfortable as well as my wife.

Brenda, christina mngr and jeff seem to really know what they're doing. Christina got down on ground under our 5th wheel and found one of our main problems amongst other things. They are knowledgeable about rvs. So far happy with them.
