General RV Mt. Clemens needs to review their prices and service turnaround times as they are outrageous.
1 - 3 hours to winterize our RV makes no sense
2 - Charging over $300 is outrageous. Last year at Winona the charge was less than $200. Charging extra because we have a tankless hot water again makes no sense
3 - Charging $1,600 for a Lithium battery when we were able to purchase one for $800 and able to have some install it for $100 when you wanted to charge $250
4 - We asked that some look at the falling off molding (camper less than 1 year old) over the dinette table never happened
The staff of the Mt. Clemens General RV are very polite, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful from the guys at the front desk all the way to our salesperson, Carla Carlson, The finance person, Solomon, was great all the way to the service department. Working with this crew was the best. They went above and beyond my expectations!
The entire operation seemed thorough. The personnel from every department were excellent, and they made us feel like part of the “family.” And we feel like we got a good deal!
Everyone was very helpful and communicative. Worked a great deal to answer all my continuous questions and still are assisting after purchase, which is huge!
The staff responded immediately to my issues in regard to propane leaks with my regulator. They explained the options, found the part, and installed it and had me back on the road as soon as possible. Everyone from the techs to the service personnel were great.
