No pressure, great facility, everyone we encountered were helpful. Only negative was I purchased a camera that didn’t come with screws I needed to install, guy at parts counter checked another box to see if it had them, and looked in his stash with no luck. But if shop were to install it they would have screws. I hadn’t towed in seven years so I really would have liked cameras getting on interstate a block into trip home.

We were hesitant to purchase the extended warranty plan when we purchased our used travel trailer back in February. So grateful we did! Cannot say enough about the service we received. Brenda was fantastic with communicating every step of the way. They were able to get our RV in and back to us within a week! The warranty essentially covered everything. It was pretty fast and the staff were very pleasant to work with. I went in on a Saturday for the first time. Took my new camper home the following Monday. I also had a clear understanding of the camper and how to use everything from the hitch setup through the whole camper on how to use everything it has. The camper was cleaned inside and out. Hooked up to electrical and water before I showed up. Every person I worked with every step of the way explained all the questions I had very clearly. They all made me feel very comfortable as well as my wife.
