My husband and I drove to Ocala , just to look at some toy haulers. Well, Drew did his thing and before we left we had already signed paperwork. Each stage of the process was so professional all the way to the end when these two lovely ladies came and changed our tag from our trade in unit to our brand new toy hauler. I was in the restaurant business for 30 plus years and to have witnessed these young people so polite and again, so professional, is a memory I will cherish forever. I need to give a shout out to DeAndre. Who ever the manager is, keep it up!!!!!
Great salesman, Allen ...no pressure....knowledgeable . Closing was easy. Kord with service helpful and knowledgeable. Kevin showed great patience when instructing us on the motorhome.
Had a fantastic experience from the time the Sales person (Jon) called me and set up an appointment all the way through us driving off the property. It took a total of 2 days to correct some items and transfer stuff from our old motorhome to the new one. The service dept. was wonderful and had everything taken care of for us
Dealing with Mr Chuck Bell in finance and Drew, one of the store manager. If not for those 2. I would have walked away and taken my business elsewhere. I really appreciate those 2 gentleman. The sales process was good. Our salesperson (John) was very accommodating and patient as we worked through our selection process. Was willing to answer any (and many) questions that we had about different models. Went to multiple RV shows to continue to look at units. Did not try to apply any sales pressure to us and was relatively transparent.
The delivery process was smooth. The delivery team was very accommodating to address any punch list items that were uncovered either during third party inspection or customer walkthrough. A few things had to be relooked at and taken care of but for the most part acceptable. Maria was pleasant and professional. Brian’s team was overall diligent in accomplishing work.
The finance process was smooth and quick. Only issue is that we needed to wait for over 90 mins to get in to see finance manager. But once we got in Jon was prompt and to the point to get everything taken care of care of.
From a sales and delivery perspective I would recommend General. Do not yet have any other experience with post sales service so that will remain to be seen how reliable, communicative and timely things will be.
James Raymond Brandt is the best finance guy I have ever met. He is even better to look at! I found out he was promoted to corporate and I understand why. He is amazing and nice to deal with. He is a very attractive man too bad he is married!
The friendly personnel that we encounted in all the departments. The effort that was made to honor any problem and needs we had as to additions items requested.
