First off, Deron Hoelle is the absolute best Service Advisor. Deron is the only reason I would've taken a chance on buying a second motorhome from General RV Ocala Fl. He is always there to assist and doesn't offer BS answers or fixes.

Always kept me informed as to what the progress of the warranty repair was. Very friendly staff and the dealership was very clean and neat. The house keeping staff was on top of keeping the waiting area and restrooms were clean and neat. One suggestion when there is a food truck on property make an announcement over the intercom. The staff all seemed to know about it and the people in the waiting area were stuck with the vending machines.

They listened to my concerns and got me in and out pretty quickly, doing warranty repairs. One item they turned in to warranty, but released the camper to me until they got authorization and the part. They just told me the warranty was approved and the item was put on order. As soon as the part gets in, they will get me right in to make the repair. Very easy process.
