They were very accommodating willing to go the extra mile to get your business without the pressure phone calls every day two or three times a day. That was a great aspect of the company.

We had an outstanding experience purchasing our 2018 Tiffin Allegro Bus at General RV, and we can’t say enough good things about the entire team.
Our journey actually began back in 2023 at the Orange Park location with John Lemon. As first-time RV buyers, we were full of questions and took our time deciding. John patiently showed us at least 15 different coaches over the years while we got our finances and plans in order. He never rushed us and was always helpful and knowledgeable. When he heard about the Tiffin rally and possible trades that might fit us perfectly, he immediately connected us with Chris York at the Ocala store.
Chris was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and truly helpful every step of the way. He made the whole buying process feel comfortable and exciting instead of overwhelming.
Once we decided to move forward, the entire after-sales team worked together seamlessly to make sure we felt confident in our decision. Trey and John in finance were absolute rock stars. I tested them against every rate I could find outside of General RV, and they still beat them all. We ended up with a rate I couldn’t touch anywhere else. If you need in-house financing, I’d give them a 12 out of 10 recommendation without hesitation.
On delivery day we met Tom, a true jewel of an instructor. He walked us through the entire coach from front to rear, explaining every system, function, and maintenance schedule in a way that made everything click. For first-time buyers of a high-end coach like this, his clear, patient explanations made a world of difference in our comfort level.
Finally, before we pulled out of the lot, we met Micah. I was honestly pretty intimidated by the size and complexity of the Allegro Bus. Micah used his own experiences and calm advice to build my confidence behind the wheel. He said something I’ll never forget: “When you’re behind that wheel, you’re on vacation.” That has become our new driving motto and still makes us smile every time we hit the road.
From the front desk to every single person we worked with, the teamwork and genuine care were second to none. If I missed anyone, thank you too—you all played a part in making this happen.
We truly could not have done this without the entire General RV team working together. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next (or first) RV!

Shane during the delivery was the best. He knew the coach very well and could answer every question I had. I'd say it was the best delivery walk through I've had and this is my 5th RV. I'd also like to mention Andrea and Maria as well they were both very helpful also part of delivery coordination. Trey in Finance whom I also dealt with the last time is on top of his game and gets you through the process quickly. On a different note I've been dealing with Deron in Service and he is probably the only reason I came back to General Ocalla. My experience in 2023 was not good with service. Deron has made the difference he should be running the service department and if I couldn't have him to work with I think I would've went somewhere else and bought this time.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I also found them to be fair and considerate of our needs and concerns as well as any issue with the RV was rectified as soon as possible.
