Let’s start off with my family is very excited about our new RV purchased from you guys. We really appreciate everyone we dealt with was a very professional and very courteous.
Sorry to bother you this Saturday morning. I’m sure most of you are off today but Monday when you get this message, please coordinate an effort and have someone contact me in regards to this matter.
Let’s start by saying I bought a used RV from you as is and I totally get that at the same time you do a walk-through and thorough inspection of all RVs detailing them as I was told several times we did a walk-through demonstration with Rob and all seemed well. He did a very good job on educating us on the RV when it came to the generator he asked me did I understand how generators screamed I told him that I did look simple to me push the start button it cranks you go therefore we did not test it while parked on the back lot after the RV was filled up with propane and gas. It was brought to the front of Service where I picked it up and drove it into the parking lot to connect my tow vehicle my jeep it was at that time I attempted to crank the generator to run the air conditioner for the ride home. I was unsuccessful in cranking the generator by this time it was late evening most had gone home luckily for me there was a few service texts that came to my rescue three guys at least they tried several things. It would crank run a few minutes shut off. It was surging when it was running up and down, not steady after some time looking into it they noticed no fuel was running through the line so they made a decision to replace the fuel pump. It was too late to do it that evening so at 9 AM the next morning I was scheduled and they replaced the fuel pump in the service department. They parked it out in the service line once again called me. I was at lunch and told me that it was running with the air conditioner going ready for me to pick up. I was not able to return right away as my wife and daughter had already chosen a few stores to go shopping at so it was several hours by the time I returned when I returned again I got in the RV, drove it out to the parking lot and connected my tow vehicle once again, I attempted to crank the generator to my surprise. It did not work. I walked back up to the Service area went inside to the desk, mentioned it to the young lady there, and she walked me out to the gentleman sitting under the canopy at his desk in the service bay area, and he came out to the RV and worked on it some more again again he pulled the line off, saying that no Fuel was coming out and he made a few minor repairs like cutting hose and changing out. he replaced a clamp and attempted a few other repairs and was able to start the generator and we got the air conditioner going. We were all excited so off to Cracker Barrel across the street from your facility. We went while my wife and daughter was in there getting some coffees. I was in the parking lot walking around the RV, making sure we was ready for the ride home a few hours away while walking around the outside of the RV I heard the generator start surging and cut off. I was unable to get it to start after that again by this time it was late evening, and most of your staff would’ve already went home plus I felt at that point your staff had exhausted most of their efforts in attempting to repair the generator we was not prepared to spend the night once again, so I made the choice to come on home.
So the question is where do we stand on this generator? Is this something you plan to leave off with that I purchased it as is and it’s my problem or would you like to schedule an appointment and I bring the RV back for you to service the generator and figure out what it will take to get it back in service once again

The service, particularly the people providing the service was top notch. When I bought my Brinkley there I was told if I had a problem while camping I would be given priority to fix it. I really questioned if that would really be the case but you proved it to be true. That was a big deal to me. Everyone I dealt with were as helpful as possible.
We really liked our sales representative Nathan Parkhurst, He went out of his way to make sure all of our Questions were answered. He was knowledgeable and knew where to find the answers if we found one he didn't know. As far as the Travel Trailer is concerned we love iot and have already put it to trial. Very happy with all thank you for all your help.

We came from canada in the fall and just stopped in to have a look. First contact was with Brady he sold us the rv also dealt with Trey, Tom, Andrea, Maria, Oscar and so many others i cant remember their names. They were all so professional and polite. Shane was really knowledgeable and helpful with showing me the ins and outs of my new rv. As a first time rv owner I was a little intimidated but he made me feel confident that I will be able to work my new rv.

From beginning with our sales rep Jaden and the sales managers , Drew , Dan , service starting with Maria , Micha , Rob and our 2 techs I’m sorry I don’t remember their names , and the parts manager Lachonda , John our finance guy and have to say Carson a sales rep was outstanding in helping when all other staff was busy he took great care of my wife and I like we were his sale !! And of course Chris Mullis was part of the team , great team work from one end to the other !! Thank you General for hiring such professional kind , pleasant employees !
