Hi, they all were very receptive to my camping problem. However, the exact reason I came in for happen again when I went to use my generator for the first time, I am waiting untill Monday so I can call them ask what they did after the filled the tanks and how to fix my lap so my generator will start. That is disappointing on 4th of July heat RVing.. but I am waiting to decide what happens to post google reviews Best Regards Mike

The best part of General RV has been the people. Our salesperson, Chris Isaacs, was a pleasure to work with and really what pushed us to make the decision to purchase with General RV over the competitors. Our orientation/walkthrough was handled by Kelly and he was amazing also. He was knowledgeable, patient and truly seems to enjoy helping people. Jon Etter made the final paperwork seamless and enjoyable. He was personable and followed through on all the items we discussed. We have been extremely happy with the process!

Excellent staff. Ladies at front desk great. Tom, John Muel and Trey all did a fine job and were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Service dept looked at some minor fixes and made suggestions that were useful. The overnight trade in plan was great as the task of changing over was more than we realized.
