It was a pleasure to work with the General RV Team form the start. I enquired about a used inventory unit on line and was contacted immediately by a sales person (Bill Lossell). I was then able to negotiate a price that worked for me over the phone and made arrangements to view the trailer at the Ocala General RV location. We were greeted at the dealership with a VIP badge and were escorted to preview the trailer by Janeese. Where we went through a detailed inspection and preview of our unit. We found a couple of things that were not to our satisfaction however, Nick (sales manager) took care of the things that needed attention and we finalized the transaction. We also appreciated the delivery of our new purchase to the campground by the General RV driver exactly as they had promised. I would highly recommend doing business with the Genral RV Team of Ocala.
Everyone that we dealt with was extremely helpful. They new we were on a time crunch. And did what ever was needed to get us on our way. We boondocks in there lot. To transfer from old to new. Upon doing so, we came across three more pressing issues. That morning 5 to six techs were working them. We were on the road in 45 minutes. Thanks to ALL.
