From the start, Megan, our sales person, was wonderful. She put in the second effort by sending a narrated video and data sheet that helped us decide. Kelly did our delivery/walk thru and was wonderful, informative and patient. Jamie did our docs, was informative and polite. I felt he knew what he was doing. Brian, one of your service managers assisted us retrieving stuff from our trade and was very kind, helpful and patient. Overall, we had a great experience, thank you all.

Everything in the transaction and delivery was good. However, after the walk through and paperwork, it took over an hour to bring the unit up so I could leave.

I felt that my salesman, Matt Williams who I built a relationship with over the last year was excellent and was very patient with us during this entire process. He worked with us without being overbearing or pushy to get a sale. Also our Finance Manager, Trey Hill and I worked through various RV’s and models until we found the right motorhome for us. The walk thru was conducted by Tom Hunt and he was excellent.

Working with Ms Morales in service. She has been working ny service for nearly 2.5 months in dealing with my extended warranty. Several of the techs who worked on my rig came to my rescue at the last minute when just prior to leaving my steps wouldn't come in/out and then my main slide would not come in. Kudos to the techs and Ms Morales for getting me back on the road.

This location of General Rv I would highly recommend to anyone for their service department. We dealt with Audrey and with Mike and they were extremely helpful, very polite and friendly, could not have been a better experience for us. We are sort of new at the RV experience, but we sure know where we are going to go for our service needs.

I liked Robert the salesman and really liked Chuck who did the finance part I was not as pleased with the person that went over the unit with us of course it was getting ready to rain so we had very little time to go over a lot of it. The unit has some problems that I think if they would’ve really went through the unit before they delivered it they would’ve found, but they’re small things that I can get fixed when I get home

We love our service advisor, Sandra. She kept us informed and was professional as always. I do have a issue with having to pay a percentage if paid by credit card. I didn't appreciate having to go to the bank and withdraw $7,600 cash to avoid paying a percentage. I can understand certain credit cards but not all.
