My newly assigned service rep, Zach, did a wonderful job across the board: communication and service support. I imagine service is a challenging role, with diverse customer profiles and problems to solve.
I continue to be delighted by the team and the effort behind Thomas and the entire team. From Matt to Josh to Rich, I've come to trust fully in these people.
We've not had the best experience with the quality of our last two purchases from GRV. While I know processes are improving at GRV to suss out product quality issues during delivery, I'll feel confident and supported in purchasing our 3rd unit from GRV as soon as we're able, and tell folks we meet while traveling the same thing.
With Catherine helping me all of the issues were addressed and are still being addressed in a professional and timely manner. Catherine was kind enough to even give me a follow up call just to let me know where our RV stood in the midst of the repairs this is called Customer Service. This is called communication. This is where one dealership shines above another! Communication follow up results.
Zac Calhoun and the technicians did a great job with some upgrades and warranty issues. Got our rig in the morning and they got right on it and was able to pick up in the afternoon. Huge help to us!
First thing I got when a came through the service lanedoor was a smile and a “Good morning “ from Katheryn (not sure if the spelling). She got me out to my coach and Craig came over to talk me through the service that had been done. The work was done in a few days and it all looked great.
At pick up following several repairs, all my questions were answered completely. Photos of the work in progress were available and shared. The rig was in front of a maintenance bay, electric power was nearby and used to open up the slides. Numerous technicians came through to greet me and check whether I was satisfied. I was totally pleased with the quality of work.
Very good about explaining and answering questions.

Was so impressed with Ed's. Oreintation to our new travel trailer. He did a excellent job. Was very detailed and wanted to make sure we knew our trailer. He even gave us a couple quizzes I liked that because I passed lol.
