Andrew Currier and Matt Tjaden have been absolutely amazing, and we don't know what we would have done without them. We ran into several issues during our first year owning our brand new fifth wheel, and Andrew has been by our side the entire time as our service advisor. He is a great listener, works hard to provide answers, and always ensures everything is resolved and that we feel heard. Matt was the first person we met in the service department, and his RV knowledge is incredibly impressive. He is always willing to help, truly listens to concerns, takes the time to explain things clearly, and works diligently to find a resolution. Andrew and Matt go above and beyond as the perfect team. What I liked about my experience with General RV was that I found every employee interacted with to be genuinely caring and compassionate good hearted people. It is comforting to know they are willing to come together in team like manner to resolve any indifference or misunderstanding satisfactorily for the consumer, thereby making it easy to refer a prospective buyer or friend to General RV, and already have. On another note, my husband loved the kindness of the people at the front desk, and especially the warm cookies!

They worked with us on our trade in including Rv insurance. Our unit was ready to go when we arrived to pick it up, and the few things we wanted taken care of was completed. The walk through was very detailed and informative. The hitch was installed right away and was less than quoted as they were able to complete the job quicker. All in all it was a great buying experience.
