Cameron the salesman and Todd the person who walked us through our rv on pick up day were fantastic! Very thorough and knowledgeable. The red carpet and sign outside our new travel trailer with our name on it was a nice touch Would have been nice to receive some General RV or Alliance swag. Overall can not complain about our experience from start to finish.

This Summer we had a suspension breakdown coming back home from vacation in Michigan, when I noticed that our Momentum 5th Wheel trailer was not level. Arriving at General RV in Huntley the next day, where we purchased the unit, the Asst Service Mgr Zach, set me up with Craig a Service Advisor, and they went to work evaluating our trailer. We left the trailer with them and waited for the phone call. The next day, Josh the shop forman, contacted me with the estimate and said they were in touch with the manufacturer in Indiana for support in fixing my unit. We were THRILLED to hear that Grand Design would back-up the repairs to get me completely satisfied and RVing with weeks. Not months! Thanks to the entire General RV Team of Thomas the Service Mgr, Shop Techs and Craig my Service Advisor they did a great job! Thank You General RV.. You can only imagine where We will buy our next NEW RV!

Andrew Currier and Matt Tjaden have been absolutely amazing, and we don't know what we would have done without them. We ran into several issues during our first year owning our brand new fifth wheel, and Andrew has been by our side the entire time as our service advisor. He is a great listener, works hard to provide answers, and always ensures everything is resolved and that we feel heard. Matt was the first person we met in the service department, and his RV knowledge is incredibly impressive. He is always willing to help, truly listens to concerns, takes the time to explain things clearly, and works diligently to find a resolution. Andrew and Matt go above and beyond as the perfect team.
