They took the time to diagnose a problem with the floor of my Airstream. Other repair centers (including an Airstream dealer) guessed and quoted me much higher prices to make repairs that would have failed in the same way the original floor was failing. The techs at General RV showed us what the problem was and created a solution. Thank you!!

Joey in sales was amazing, so calm with my kids and patient, it was hard to not buy something from this guy. Just a good person to work with. We were only looking but he helped us buy the rv of our dreams at a ridiculously good price. Never pushed just was a great teammate in the experience. Ask for Joey! But beware you'll probably walk out a rv owner. :)

I loved the sale associate. Hands down my favorite part of the whole experience. Noe was reason I bought it. The numbers guy Mo not so much. I almost walked away from the deal because of Mo. he kept pushing for me to raise my financial limit which I did twice. Thank heavens for Noe though. I strongly recommend him. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly. I was a little early for my appointment and the technician and service manager got me right in. Fixed my issues quickly. What they didn’t have in parts, they ordered. Explained everything that was fixed. Also completed an inspection of my RV to ensure all was smooth and won’t have issues in the future.
