They care and follow through on a purchase well after the sale. My camper went back to the factory 2x in 1 year but service manager Thomas (Huntley, IL location) worked with me until it was perfect. I appreciate that as annoying as the process was. The factory (Coachman Freedom Express) also worked with me to finally fix my ongoing slide out issue. This is my second camper I’ve purchased from General RV in Huntley and I will continue my business with them. Our first camper was purchased 11 yrs ago through them.

I liked Enoch. He was the only person at General RV out of 3 that I talked to that day who was more than pleasant, sermed determined to help me and committed to making things work out. He continued to make my experience with General RV pleasant and successful. I had just decided I would not be bringing my service back to General RV but after working with him I would not go anywhere else. He was thorough, informed me about what could and should be done and what could not be done.
