They worked with us on our trade in including Rv insurance. Our unit was ready to go when we arrived to pick it up, and the few things we wanted taken care of was completed. The walk through was very detailed and informative. The hitch was installed right away and was less than quoted as they were able to complete the job quicker. All in all it was a great buying experience.

The Salesman Joe Crement was fantastic, ask for him. He took all the time I needed which was a lot. Fair price and the hand offs between departments was great. The independent inspector said the RV was very good shape. He had a few items on his list to be worked out. I emailed them to Joe C. And received an ok with in an hour. All items where taking care of and I was very pleased with the patience of there teams. I was first time buyer of an RV. I feel I got a very good unit and look forward to getting on the road. Last thing, they have fresh cookies baked on site.

Kathryn and Andrew kept me informed and worked with me every step of the way. I love the craftsmanship that your techs have and I love the peace of mind General RV of Huntley gives us. Already have my end of season service paid for and set up for winter storage. We plan on trading in our 5th wheel in a couple of years and upgrading to a diesel pusher. We wouldn’t buy from anyone but General RV.
