I was greeted, offered water, cookies. I was invited to use the vending area. After the service was completed, I was walked to my parked RV. Everyone was happy to see me. Andrew is a valuable member of the team. He was training a new man who appears to working well. I will miss this when I leave the area.

Every one was very nice and helpful, and my service advisor, Javier Lara, definitely went out of his way to make winterizing our camper a painless and pleasant experience. General RV is really clean, modern and bright. The store area is useful, the waiting area is great for customers, and the service bays are truly impressive.
