Organized, fluid system with a friendly and helpful staff. No hassle, no pressure sales and service trading in our camper for our new Delta. We did most of our business over the phone since we live 2 1/2 hours away. General RV of Huntley Illinois earned our business by being one of the 4 RV dealerships that we called to get the best price on the travel trailer that we already had already researched and decided on. We were given a tour of the facility and a preview of our new camper before signing paperwork. They took the time to show us in-detail how to use our new camper and how to properly hitch it to our truck. They installed a few other accessories that we added while we were there!! All in all we were very pleased with the service they provided!! We will continue to tell others and that they too should buy from General RV in Huntley Illinois!!

Our purchase was and went great! Unfortunate, the servicing has been disappointing. The workmanship is good, but it takes way too long. For example, despite having an appointment for winterizing our trailer, which should only take 60-90 minutes, I was there for 4-1/2 hours.

Brett was very responsive to my concerns about my class B Sprinter and I like the general inspection aspect of my visit. What I didn’t like was the inspection fee, not that I mind paying for a service but that I wasn’t informed about it prior to coming in. Overall, I really like the dealership and would buy my next class B from GRV.
