I liked being able to stop in without an appointment and got setup to meet with a service advisor.
Everyone was so very accommodating and attentive to our needs and concerns.
Our part was ordered, shipped overnight, delivered and installed the very next day.
We were then back on the road to enjoy the rest of our vacation!
A little bit of a wait time before service work started. Nate was very informative and kept me up to date on my coaches progress. Once the process started things moved very quickly and I was very satisfied with the work that was completed and it took less than an hour for the repair work on my generator.
Nate the service manager that has handled our service concerns has went above and beyond to satisfy our concerns and needs. He is very kind and respectful in handling our issues, he does his utmost to make sure repairs are done right and in a timely manner. We are very pleased with Nate.
Rob K is an amazing Sales man. He really listens to what you want and tries to deliver in every aspect wanting you to be happy not pushing any sales not forcing any issues. It is all about the customer with Rob. This is our third unit that we’ve purchased from him and we will continue to come back as long as he’s there. He just really listens and cares genuinely about the customer. You can see it in his mannerisms from when you walk in the door till the unit arrives at your house and you’re happy with it he doesn’t stop.
Very through inspection upon arriving. They told me what it needed and quoted the repairs. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. The repairs were done quickly and well done.
I have been to the parts area a few times and had excellent service, so when I jackknifed the camper, I immediately took my every to General RV for the service department to repair the damage. The repair was completed in a reasonable time frame and at a fair cost. Before I left and when I got home I checked the area over and I am completely satisfied with the repair work. I will continue to visit General RV for part and service and will recommend them to family and friends

Heather in service is your asset fair and consice. Understood my issue and quoted exactly what was needed. Good to see Travis your inspecter is still at it to, thorough and no bs. I had a bad knee and someone took the chairs away and customers were sitting on the curb. I stood in massive pain. What can I tell you I’m an old dude lol. All in all I’m glad I purchased and am serviced by General RV. If you need a quality control guy to fix stuff I’m the guy lol.
Keith was super helpful, work with me side by side to resolve some issues with the coach. He delivered service as I would and was amazing. Unfortunately the coach ended up having some issues not able to be resolved an I've been at winnebago for a week and thdy are just now looking at it. Not the dealers fault. Thanks for the help.
I like the company but dislike that it doesn’t seem to understand people buy RVs to travel. Any repairs can’t be diagnosed and repaired in timely manner. We suffered a month unable to put our slider out while traveling. What pain!
