Carter made the buying experience pretty easy. No pushing services I did not want. The service technicians were very helpful with showing me how to hook up the fifth wheel. John and Michael in the body shop that is a great job taking care of the situation They did it and virtually fair amount of time because we waited that day for the unit to be repaired

Alan and Chris worked to correct the installation error of our hot water heater. However, we still have not been able to use the hot water heater and will need to contract the manufacturer since the rinse cycle still shows even after following the manufacturers directions concerning cleaning the hot water heater.

The whole team at General RV made this process so much easier than my wife and I were expecting. We are new to the world of RV's so to come across a genuine group of people who really wanted to help was fantastic. Due to issues on our side, we were unable to follow a "normal" in person process, but the guys here did not let them phase them and bent over backwards to accommodate us.
