from start to finish we had a great experience non pushy sales - we actually went to just look around and they let us look after they pushed us into the correct direction- helped us with all the options that we actually left with buying one- our walk through was done perfect they really take the stress out of what to expect when owning one and answered so many questions with the walk through. the fiance team was amazing as well from start to finish. i look forward to a life time of campers from them in the future.

EVERYONE was exceptionally pleasant to deal with. Rusty, Patsy, Hudson and Adam as well as the entire Parts Department and New Trailer Delivery Department! 1.There was a couple of issues with the unit at delivery that were addressed and corrected before we left. 2. There was a miss communication about my tow vehicle and fifth wheel setup that I had. I would not work with the unit that we had purchased. Everyone stepped up late on a Friday afternoon and switched out the pin box to gooseneck box and ball. My wife and I were very impressed on how well everyone worked together and their willingness to make sure we were able to take delivery of our new unit that day even though they had to work a little over an hour of overtime on a Friday! Unfortunately I didn’t catch everyone’s name that evening to give them the shoutout they rightfully deserve!! But again THANK YOU for stepping up! I hope our future visits to General RV are just as good!

I loved how these guys went out of there way to deal with some in hitching problems that I had so that I could take delivery of my new Brinkley rv . Instead of brushing me aside and leaving me to try and figure it out on my own; they got their mechanics, sales rep, It seemed like everyone that worked their at the moment came out to help figure out this problem I had. Very informative on the walk through as well. As well as explaining how servicing the rv works. Not to mention the deal they gave me for the rv I couldn’t resist. These guys here actually know what they’re doing and you can tell. A well organized dealership. I give them 5 stars any day
