I loved how these guys went out of there way to deal with some in hitching problems that I had so that I could take delivery of my new Brinkley rv . Instead of brushing me aside and leaving me to try and figure it out on my own; they got their mechanics, sales rep, It seemed like everyone that worked their at the moment came out to help figure out this problem I had. Very informative on the walk through as well. As well as explaining how servicing the rv works. Not to mention the deal they gave me for the rv I couldn’t resist. These guys here actually know what they’re doing and you can tell. A well organized dealership. I give them 5 stars any day

TJ, sales associate, was knowledgeable about all the rigs we toured. Took several days and tour of several RV companies, but we kept coming back to General RV. Ultimately we chose a 44' Montana. We owned a Reflection during Covid. The service during covid was sub par so the decision to go with General RV was not made lightly. They assured us changes were made. We'll hold them to that. Everyone I dealt with was amazing. Travis was pleasant to talk to while he did the initial inspection of my camper. Dealing with Dan throughout the entire process made everything much easier and enjoyable. I even got to meet Ryan, the tech who worked on my camper. He was presented with an interesting problem and spoke with me personally to rectify it. I couldn't recommend this location enough!
