Jack and Marty were very easy to talk with and answered out questions. I haave not been out with the motor home yet,hopfully nest week. It is a learning curve transitionoing from a travel trailor to a motor home.(less storage and the need to for tow vehicle) . I do have to say the drivability of the motor home is not what I expected. It did not handle very well on the highway or bumpy roads. I think a test drive would have help answer some of these questions. take care Jim and Pat

We were traveling from Upstate New York to Colorado. Develop propane leak. Found General RV in Akron and went there when they opened. No appointment. Heather was our rep. Fantastic job by her and entire staff. The diagnosed problem, kept us informed through out the day and fix the problem. We have been to other General RV dealers and have not always found the same service. Much appreciated by General RV of Akron.
