General RV of North Canton is part of a larger chain however treats its customers on a personal level. The purchase of my new Class-C went relatively well considering that I only went in to assist a friend with the "walk through" of his new Class-C. Although I had purchased a similar new Class-C at another dealer 6 months prior, we were so impressed with the staff and facilities at General RV, we "looked" at trading our 2023 for a 2024. The sales and financial staff worked with us to facilitate the transition into a newer unit that met our needs and goals. This particular store is 450 miles from us. Biased on the sales and service of this location we intend to utilize a new General RV location opening about 90 miles away which we will utilize instead of our local Thor dealer 12 miles away.
