Service was great, Gage was very professional and made sure I was kept informed of the progress and cost of my repairs, I was taken without a appointment because I am part of the KYC program.
Relaxed atmosphere- no high pressure tactics. Friendly staff everywhere you look working to make the experience a pleasant one. Good value, great selection and close to home. Service Dept. (John) was fantastic and took the time to help me feel comfortable with hooking up and trailering our trailer for the first time (helped me set trailer brakes properly, and shared some of his wisdom along the way). Patsy in financing was a real pleasure to get to know and made the process relaxing and comfortable.
Everyone was very pleasant, TJ was fun to work with, didnt act like we were a bother to help find our camper. Likec when we showed up to pick our camper up, the name tags, the sign next to our camper, meeting the other people we would deal with. Over all very pleasant. TJ and your lot was refered to us by 2 of our friends
They were very willing to answer my questions and their predelivery process seems complete. Their salesman, Kevin Ketler, did everything he could to accommodate my wishes.

Hudson who showed and demonstrated the trailer was also very informative and thorough. Did not rush us at all and wanted to make sure we were comfortable with everything.

I bought my trailer in north canton from you 9 years ago. I have dealt with Allen in service for 8 years at least. I would deal with someone else but he won’t let me. Just kidding. I would not want to work with anyone else. We have a great rapport between us.
I had our rig summarized however they didn’t fill our LP gas and didn’t advise it was empty.
Will need to take a second trip to fill the tank.
Make this normal practice when doing the walk through so the customer and have the option to fill tank.
We have had great experience with your dealer. However my time and gas has a value.
