Alan and Chris worked to correct the installation error of our hot water heater. However, we still have not been able to use the hot water heater and will need to contract the manufacturer since the rinse cycle still shows even after following the manufacturers directions concerning cleaning the hot water heater.

I am in a middle of an absolute crisis and family emergency. General RV Canton is doing everything they can to help my family as our motor coach has been damaged by a flood and we are on a strict time crunch with permanently moving our family across the country. We are in desperate need of our repairs to be completed as soon as possible so we can get on the road to meet our moving truck and take delivery of our cars being shipped. Without our motor coach we are in danger of an absolute financial disaster. Please expedite as we are in a desperate situation and appreciate any priority that can be given

Everything was wonderful! Rusty was an amazing salesman! Justin in finance was also very attentive and helpful. Christina did our final walkthrough of the camper and was very knowledgeable and confident in what to do. Answered all of our questions. Overall we had a wonderful experience. We did have one small issue, our black tank hadn’t been emptied before we brought it home but that was solved the same day.
