Great service and good price on winterizing. I like that they inspected the whole camper for any issues. I will continue to have them winterize and in the spring summerize my camper.
Everyone was friendly and helpful and answereall of our questions. Our walk through person will took the time to make sure we understood everything about our new camper. Office personnel were all friendly and great to work with.
From sales with Cody, Jon in Finance and All managers to include my man Josh who closed the deal. And Hudson was amazing with walk thru answering all my questions. I had a lot since this is our first fifth wheel RV. He is a patient young man with vast knowledge with RV maintenance. My wife and I Sheri had a great experience at Canton General RV. We look froward to our future relationship with in at Canton location and our next Rv in a few years. Customer Service success at all levels and we appreciate it.
The sales person (Christian) and the demo representative (Ray) were fabulous!! The salesman worked hard and carried through on his promise to reach out to me when a unit was available, Thanks. I really enjoyed working with those two individuals. The only downside to the experience was the unit was missing in the air mattress, and it was communicated that General RV was not able to help provide me one for the unit. If there’s anything you can do to help correct this, I’ll be very grateful. Thanks, Rick.
Service advisor kept me well in formed . Steve . All issues were resolved. Albeit I won’t totally k ow until next season . Trailer was winterized so as far as the leaks I won’t know for sure until next year
