Everyone went above more than we ever expected! Our sales Matt Doran Marty J in finance and Dominic that did our walk thru. The sales manager not sure his name. Bryan that hooked up our camper and Jason that came and picked up our camper today! The receptionists when we first came.The manager in service dept!

General RV did a good job on all the things I discussed with my advisor except one. A weld broke on a bracket for the exhaust. They did not repair the weld. I feel that General RV, being a Winnebago dealer would be able to repair this. I am still looking for a repair shop to fix the problem. Other than that, they did a great job.

Relaxed atmosphere- no high pressure tactics. Friendly staff everywhere you look working to make the experience a pleasant one. Good value, great selection and close to home. Service Dept. (John) was fantastic and took the time to help me feel comfortable with hooking up and trailering our trailer for the first time (helped me set trailer brakes properly, and shared some of his wisdom along the way). Patsy in financing was a real pleasure to get to know and made the process relaxing and comfortable.

Everyone was very pleasant, TJ was fun to work with, didnt act like we were a bother to help find our camper. Likec when we showed up to pick our camper up, the name tags, the sign next to our camper, meeting the other people we would deal with. Over all very pleasant.
