Alan and Chris worked to correct the installation error of our hot water heater. However, we still have not been able to use the hot water heater and will need to contract the manufacturer since the rinse cycle still shows even after following the manufacturers directions concerning cleaning the hot water heater.

General RV Canton is doing everything they can to help my family as our motor coach has been damaged by a flood and we are on a strict time crunch with permanently moving our family across the country.
