Jordan kept me updated several time on how things were going. They also got it done fairly quick considering they had to wait for grand design to send parts.
Over all very happy with the service term they were very professional everything was repaired that I ask to be and Jordan did an awesome job on keeping me updated.
Sales staff was very helpful through the whole process of purchasing. We had to get service done to our new camper and the service department was excellent with staying in communication with with us during the repairs and coordinating when we could pick up our camper.
