General RV was awesome. They did a great job servicing our rv. They we kind, friendly and very helpful. When elwe picked up our RV our battery was dead and they were very helpful jumping us and get ng us going. Heather was amazing. She kept us updated and made sure everything was perfect.

Our advisor Allen met with us after the work was finished and went over everything the techs did. This is the second time we had our camper in for warranty issues and Allen listened and made sure everything was written down and completed. Issues from tech work: Cuts in the underbelly not taped Black tank not emptied Electrical wires and connectors left on floor and in cup holder inside the camper

I liked being able to stop in without an appointment and got setup to meet with a service advisor. Everyone was so very accommodating and attentive to our needs and concerns. Our part was ordered, shipped overnight, delivered and installed the very next day. We were then back on the road to enjoy the rest of our vacation!
