Dan Smiley, our agent, help us in many’s ways. We came in for an inspection, to get our trailer resealed, check about a thermostat for the air conditioner, suggested getting a remote control new air conditioner, less time to put in. But when the inspection was completed, found a leak in the roof! We found out the whole roof was bad! Dan help with getting our insurance to pay for all of it, including the behind the cabinets. We just want to give thanks to Dan Smiley, and all the men that work on the repairs of our trailer. We would recommend General Rv, for rv’s and repair services. Thank you, for the great service! I would say that everybody was very friendly. I would say that it took a very long time to get things done though so pros and cons I guess be careful with what you ask them to install. We asked them to install our tire gauge thinking they were gonna hot wire it to our battery. They literally screwed the tire cap on and then programmed the keypad and charge us $300 for that now we haven’t talked to them to see if they’ll take that charge off because they didn’t wire it or if they’ll wire it for us, but that’s the only complaint I had. They’re very nice very friendly very truthful I would say but yeah, I’d recommend them.

After selecting the perfect RV for my wife and me, the negotiations went well. Rusty did a great job of showing us trailers with features we wanted. Jarod walked us through the financial details expertly. When we returned to drop off our trade-in and get our new trailer, the walk through with Hadley was great. We especially liked the service department walk through. We wrapped up the final paperwork with Jarod, and a technician helped us hookup the trailer. All in all, it was great to work with the team there!

Kevin was understanding in what our must haves were while sticking to our budget. He made us feel like friends instead of just another sale. He didn't try to pressure us into purchasing something that we didnt need or want. Marty was super helpful and explained everything throughout the financing. Overall, everyone was very nice and willing to answer any questions we had. Great place to buy! We'll be back when we need to upgrade!
