Jordan is awesome!! She walked me through all the repairs that were done. At first I didn’t think she really knew about RV’s and she had just enough knowledge to do her job.
The staff were very kind and professional. I like they they were able to match a competitive price for the camper we chose. The competitive price was with another camper retailer in Cincinnati over 4 hours away. Also we were led through each of the campers as opposed to letting us just roam around.
While the location isn’t very convenient for where I live, their keep you camping program has been very helpful. My service advisor has done a lot to help in my recent experience. Good guy and I’m back on the road thanks to him.
My girl Heather, took care of our camper all winter. She made sure she got her monthly check ups, took care of two minor things, got her ready for pick up. Gave the camper a bath. Thanks Heather and General RV for great service!!!!!
Our experience started with our salesperson, Patrick. Very nice person and a great salesperson and representative for your company. We further had our “ walk through “ with Christina Boucher. She was very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention a great joy to be with. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Joey Molly. Joey was very kind, professional and again a joy to be with. We concluded with Jarod Swinehart, Business Manager. He was equally helpful as all the others. Thanks to these people, we have become a customer of General RV and feel like we met some new friends. Nice people. Easy showing and buying process Very thorough service when picking up the camper. I would like if, right up front, to be told how much the after market items the service rep was going to tell me about. No pressure but emphasized many items. It adds a lot of cost to the bottom line. Perhaps a packet to look at prior to picking up the camper.
Would also appreciate my bottom line monthly payment with and without the extended warranty instead of hearing it during the signing process.
Everyone was super nice and easy to work with.
