I very much enjoyed working with Trevor. His communication and follow through were excellent. Very helpful and efficient. What I did not like, probably reflects the RV industry not general RV. I went in needing a repair, but ended up replacing the whole slide mechanism because of discontinued parts. Also have a door that is delaminated and broken. Did call grand design also, everyone seems to be ready for you to spend money, but no recourse when things fail. We were planning on buying a new fifth wheel, I am now contemplating whether to buy a new RV $80,000 with a one year guarantee something that I don’t know if I’m going to do. also have enjoyed working with Riley in sales.
