I walked in without appointment to talk with service about a warranty matter and was immediately connected up with Jeremy, who was an incredible help. He was able together me scheduled into the shop within 2 days and then was able to also get my wheel bearing repacked on the same visit, saving me driving time from Schoolcraft. Extremely happy with how things were handled.

Sales persons were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Had us in the camper multiple times to make sure it would fit our needs. Showed it even though we werent sure about purchasing. Matt who did the walk through was amazing. The technician who added the sway and other things explained all of it.

General RV has been good to me so far with the experiences that I've had with them..!! I have a different setup than a motor home or RV as I drive a hotshot pickup with a sleeper on it that has a AC/Heat unit on it that they have serviced and done a great job in doing..!! Customer service has been very good compared to other places I have dealt with..!! Would 100% suggest this company to friends family and anyone I come across..!!

So, I called 4 different camping world for my parts then bish in Coldwater in which no one had the parts nor could understand what I was requesting for a gray water 3 inch pipe and valve. Wow RV parts not in stock nor the knowledge to get the understanding of a standard waste water plumbing???? Thanks for inhouse parts and support at general rv in wayland.
