I felt like we were treated very fairly. We had a recurring problem with our generator, and Jeff and his crew supported us four different times until they were able to identify the problem and get it fixed.
Jeremy made the day go smoothly while being honest about the possible wait time needed to get my work into service. I was pleasantly surprised at how soon it was completed. The only negative was missing the bap I was expecting to get in your lounge area. I also appreciate the friendly service technicians and the patience they have while helping me understand the work they perform. That’s an observation from prior visits. Jeremy did a good job this trip explaining the work needed.
Trevor did an outstanding job managing my service work. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. The most important thing anyone there can do when an owner has their RV in for service is to be an advocate and communicate as much as possible.
