The entire facility was clean and professional. My salesman was outstanding, even though he had only been working a short time. He was very thorough and engaged. the process of financing and finishing out all of the paperwork was a breath of fresh air not to mention that before that process began, the thorough walk around and live tutorial of our Coach was outstanding and second to none. Finally the live receptionist and live voices that you receive when you make a phone call to your business is tip of the spear.

Great overall experience!!! Ronnie, the salesman, and Mike, the sales manager, were helpful, knowledgeable, extremely patient, honest and kind. They helped me get exactly what I wanted for the price I need, which was a miracle!!! Lol. Chuck was educational throughout the loan and warranty process and found the perfect loan for me. Olivia, Jason, and David (and Jason's manager) were part of the delivery team - as a new RV owner, they took the time to make sure I understood the workings and maintenance of my travel trailer. Jason literally spent approximately 2.5 hours walking me and my parents all around the RV on the outside and inside, educating us. We had a Glamping Training!! Lol. (And when I came back the next day, Jason's manager helped me with more questions about the RV, cause Jason was off.) And then David the delivery guy, not only helped my Dad finish preparing for the RV (we thought we were ready, but it was huge!), but he also navigated that 36ft trailer btwn the tightest of spaces so he could park it in a large yard. Thank you 100 times over team General RV!!!! Bravo!!!! What a great overall 5 star experience. I'm definitely a satisfied customer!!!! Rarely ever do you find customer service on this level. I'm praising Jesus for my RV everyday!!! It's beautiful and has no issues as a used RV!! Amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

We are so happy with are fifth wheel RV. Ronnie Turner was exceptional at showing us the RV. Our experience was great because of Ronnie and everyone. Chuck was great too. Marshall was our tour guide for pickup. He was great to explain and show us everything. Everyone was exceptional. We are so glad we made the trip from Savannah to Orange Park, FL.
