I want to congratulate and thank the Collison Repair team at the General RV location in Orange Park, FL. The quality of the work completed on my RV was par- excellence. I want to strongly commend the team consisting of Pedro, Jose, Oscar and Rick. The team manager, Randy Hopson, was a hands on leader from the start. He kept me informed and updated on each phase of the repair. The overall performance of the entire crew was totally customer oriented. This is my RV PLACE. My Thanks for a Job Well Done.

Everyone was very nice and professional from sales to finance to walk through. Talked to me like a person instead of feeling like what they were saying was scripted. Louis in finance wasn’t pushy, just straight forward. Folks in walk through were fully accommodating for every single one of my concerns to make me happy. One of the best “dealer” experiences I’ve had. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

At first, I was very disappointed in your Service Department. But since I have had Ashley and Autumn as my representatives, I have very satisfied. They both are very personable and professional. They are empathetic and keep you informed as to progress. Before, my rig could sit there for days and I would never get updates or call backs (Randy). I wasn’t satisfied at all with Greg during my purchase. Once signed, he wouldn’t even talk to you. So, reluctant to move up.
