I was greeted when entering the service facility with a smile and verbal response. Ashley Lyon did a wonderful job of assisting me with questions and giving me pertinent and quick answers to questions in regard to my RV Service and Needs. Kyle, service manager, is also very friendly and accommodating each time we see each other. Kyle has a great attitude and seems to never be in a big hurry. Always willing to speak and greet. Kenny in the Service Dept. is always willing to give me verbal explanations of all he did. He’s a very knowledgeable gentleman and glad to have him working on my unit most of the time when I carry it in.

The entire process; from “window shopping”, the sales process with Kellie, financing process with Stephen, working with Octavia the delivery coordinator to the white glove service from Travis for the unit walkthrough, overview, to recommending additional items to be installed and him completing the final delivery and turnover to us. Can’t leave out Isabella in parts either for closing us out on those extra items we wanted. Everyone was amazing and attentive to answering all our questions and making it a true VIP experience.

My pleasant experience started from the initial phone contact. The service department provided everything I needed from part ordering, notifying me the part was now available to scheduling my appointment. The repair/ replacement was quick and done well within estimated times. Hospitality was abundant and offered often. I will return should the need arise for any additional repairs to my Travel Trailer.
