Our first experience with General RV was superb. Our salesman was Jeff. He went above and beyond to help us. Very pleased with all the staff. Should we someday upgrade we will without a doubt drive the distance to do business.

Salesman was pleasant, knowledgable and not to aggressive. Finance dept knows their stuff. The walk- through on my unit was thorough and informative. Everybody was very friendly. Camp store was well stocked. I hope it all stays the same when/if I have to have warranty/service to my unit.
Great selection of 5th wheels.
The salesman (Julius [LAST NAME REMOVED]) and the Business Manager (Wayne Westfall) were great to work with. They answered all our questions and helped us with some of our decisions.
Jimmy was really great to work with in selecting our new RV. Mike was though and very patient in showing us our new RV and how to work all the many components. Wayne was helpful in the business portion of the paperwork and getting the loan for us.
your personnel were great to work with and extremely helpful. the facility was neat and clean and well organized. When I arrived, your team was ready for my trade and subsequent purchase. In fact we were in and out in less than two hours including a thorough training on the unit I was purchasing, paperwork, and evaluation of the trade.
These are real people you are dealing with. Not fake. Our salesman Jerry [LAST NAME REMOVED] was a real pleasure to deal with. He was upfront about any question I had. The finance manager put the facts as they were and there was no feeling of hidden fees. The service techs were also great. They did a good job. However, there were some factory issues that were frustrating but were corrected by the service department once I returned.
Sales: 10 - Courteous and friendly from start to finish. John our salesman took his time and visited with us on several separate occasions and was always accommodating. Highly recommend him for any client as his knowledge is vast and people skills made us feel at home
Walk Thru: - For the walk through, Colt was super nice and awesome to work with when picking up the camper. He went over all parts and moving pieces and helped us understand things on my first fifth wheeler that I was nervous about.
Service: 4/5 -this is the only area that I feel fell short and deflated the overall experience. I say that because it was the last thing we had done just before we pulled off the lot. (3) areas to address..... (1) We had a couple of air vent covers installed as well as a tv wall mount, and were charged just over $200 in labor to have these items done. When asked "why I was being charged labor for already expensive parts that I am buying from you after just spending 50K on a camper?", the answer, was more about that the revenue was in a different department and not related to the camper purchase. I feel like instead of great customer service and not charging me the labor, it went the opposite way. (2) We had asked to have some stain work done on the bead board that was around the kitchen counter and back counter, only to find out that it had not been done. Minor fix, but now it is something that involves me taking the camper back. (3) We paid nearly 2K for a fabric and pain sealant/protectant and was never quite certain that it was completed. When speaking with the finance manager about identifying how and when this is done, there really wasn't a clear cut answer and proof. They did mention something about taking pics as peace of mind, but that never took place. How is one to know if it is done?
In the end, I do have many positives to take away from the overall experience,
