Great customer service. The only thing I would recommend is better coordination with dispatching the units out and phone service. The day of my unit being delivered, I called that morning to get in touch with the dispatcher Gen. I waited what seemed like eternally to speak to someone, but was sent to a gentleman named Jim several times. This went on about 10 minutes. Then after I finished my walk, around, was told my unit would be delivered that afternoon around 5ish because the driver was sent to Macon Georgia. When the driver showed up, he said he was at the shop when I was there. So therefore it could have gotten to me alot sooner. Just some useful info. I also pointed out about the battery in the unit. When it was delivered, a light wss left on during the walk around, which now the battery is dead. I work for an auto parts store and can spot a bad battery. It is swollen. I'm not asking for a new one at all...i just wanted to point it out, since that was the whole purpose of the walk around to begin with
The customer service is outstanding! When purchasing an RV there is no pressure. Tell them what you want, let them show you what they have and if you are not interested, walk away. If you are interested they will go out of their way to make the sale happen.
I had a awesome buying experience. Starting with my sales person Bob, the delivery coordinator Jen. I discovered a couple of warranty issues. The service department scheduled me in for the following weekend because I live out of town. Service got me in on my scheduled time and out the same day. After my repairs was completed Kyle took me out we double checked the work they performed. All was satisfactory. I am a happy camper!
We liked the honest way we were handled by our salesman Julius and the finance manager Bobby. They both worked with us and treated us like part of their family. They showed attention to detail and follow through.
The staff In all areas, from sales, to parts, to service are very knowledgeable and friendly. Very courteous and professional.
I understand the expansion has caused a lot of interruptions to normal work flow, but one recommendation I would make is that in the bay area where final delivery prep is done to rvs, from interior and exterior cleaning, and options installed, the area is poorly lit especially for cleaning and polishing. Depending on where the sun is, affects how well or poorly some work is done. A solution may be to install long led lighting panels at an angle to provide increased illumination that will be consistent and increase efficiency.
