We're quite satisfied with the level of engagement and responsiveness from our service tech, Ashley Lyon. Additionally, we value working with her because she's knowledgeable about our coach and typically understands exactly what we need.
Everybody at the Jacksonville General Rv was so helpful for us we had a problem with our generator. They were able to figure it out although we weren’t able to stay for them to fix it. We’re making an appointment on our way back through Jacksonville again where they said they would be more than happy to fix it for us I would recommend Jacksonville General Rv to anybody looking to get their RV taken care of. We dealt with Sandy. She was very helpful and Jay. The tech is going to fix it
The sales and delivery process was very smooth. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the RV that a couple of days to fix. However, at the end it was all good. I will certainly recommend General RV center.
I did a remote purchase and everyone that I worked with was top notch! Riley, Chris & Christine were awesome every step of the way! My Woody will be here Tuesday and I can’t wait to get it! Thanks again!

The sales people including Salesman Ed Evans, Sales Managers Steve and Chris were fantastic to work with as was the Finance Person (Scott McLeod). However, the service and delivery departments left a lot to be desired. It took us nearly 24 (to include 1 night in the parking lot) to get items repaired that should have been repaired prior to the delivery day. We still left without key components including the back up camera being repaired. They ordered parts, but we don’t know when they will arrive.
