I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Devon, the service manager. He knows how to do customer service the right way. He called me personally after hearing about some of my frustrations to get a better understanding of what I had been dealing with. He reviewed my situation, followed up with me, got me into a service bay and fixed my problem. He moved heaven and earth to make me a happy customer again…the same day we spoke! General RV needs more people like Devon. I’m very happy with my experience with Devon.
This is my fourth RV with this location. The staff and sales and service are great to deal with. They always take good care of me. That’s very important since I was recently widowed and I am doing the RVing on my own
Knowledgeable staff all the way around and the friendliest people to do business with. Never felt pressured but they all listened to what we wanted, which turned out to be something other than what we thought we wanted. It was a most enjoyable experience.
The salesman, loyal, was fantastic.
I had been in two times previously and couldn't find the perfect RV. He texted me and said he found the perfect RV and it was so I bought it the next day
General RV gave us such a great experience from the salesman all the way through financing and the great walk through they gave us to explain everything about our new camp trailer! What a great experience!
Concerned and timely service from the tech.,He escalated the issue to his superior and got the issue resolved quickly and accurately. Daniel did a very good job.

The knowledge of the Van turnover person could have been better. I don't think she was completely familiar with the van, however, I know it was the first one from this manufacturer that you've delivered so I'm sure that will get better over time.
