The General RV team worked very hard to make the purchase process go as smooth as possible. We needed to postpone the delivery walk through due to waiting for a 3rd party inspection. They accommodated the inspector and are working to correct his findings.
The walk through tech was awesome and helped so much to make the process fun and not a stressful situation.
The customer delivery manager was great and always checked in to make sure the process was going well.
Every General RV team member thanked us for our business. I lost count how many did this.
Ed in parts was great! He was very helpful, called me back, updated me on my needed parts, etc.
Just awsome customer service, just don't see that kind of support much anymore.

They took excellent care of me! I bought a used trailer and before we picked it up they fixed the leak and even delivered it to us. Absolutely amazing customer service!
Informative and friendly people like Justin made the experience a positive.
However, not a fan at all of the ‘old school’ sales techniques used to sell your high margin warranties and other add-ons. That made the whole process feel sleazy. Couldn’t wait to get out of there after that.
We are from Michigan, and couldn’t get anywhere with anyone. We needed a dealer that did warranty work, and I called your dealership and first talked to Tracy in service. She is the reason we came there. And then when we got there, Tracy and Kristen were amazing to deal with! And your techs did everything to get us on the road again, but need a part. The total experience from service and the techs and even all the staff that stopped to say hello to our 13 year old dog was great, hopefully be back Monday or Tuesday when part comes in. Kristin is a fantastic service writer. She pays close attention to details and she is fun to joke with. If I was not retired I would seriously try to steal her away.
