Everyone from the receptionist, to the General manager took an interest in our situation, and did all they could to mitigate our non scheduled service stop!
When I went too go pick up my trailer and doing the walk around with my service rep Natalia there was something that wasn’t quite done and it was about the time for everybody to go home for the evening. She made sure that it was resolved before I left and the guys in the shop make sure it was done before they went home that really meant a lot it took about an hour or so to fix the problem and they made sure it was done
Riley O’Brien was really good to work with got my answers asap and was very prompt. Also work a lot with Heflin Clawson he to was very professional and prompt about information and communication was great. Just a really good experience thanks gentleman.
Had a great salesman. Good orientation as well although things that were to be fixed were not as we found out later at home. Drove 4 hours home and by next morning the batteries were DEAD. They were encrusted with aluminum oxide crud. Couldn’t have even been looked at. I went and replaced them and are to be reimbursed (hopefully).
Still trying to figure out the entertainment system and TVs. Had to ask about the sewer system plug by calling the company that makes them.
For a RV this large it surpassed our Revel RV by easily 3-4 mpg. We love the small size of this class C.
