My service representative Connor was very responsive. He spent extra time researching and following up on items I needed serviced. When I had a question about something General RV serviced they were quick to check it out and answer my questions.. iwill be going back.

Great Service & Follow Up! The sales staff was great to work with as I purchased our trailer. I purchased a trailer with lots of additional features that I haven't had in the past! The service department has been super helpful as I have been figuring out how to use the features of the trailer. Natalya who is my service writer and contact is a true professional! She listens to my questions and then goes to work to help get them resolved. She has even followed up with me when I wasn't expecting it! Daniel who works in service is super patient to show me how to use the features of the trailer. Natalya and Daniel always make sure I am satisfied when I leave. This is a great place to do business with!
