First time RV buying experience for me. Brett Smith did a great job showing me around. I was scattered a bit on what I wanted. He showed me good sample of options to help focus my search and educated me on RVs generally. Ultimately I went with Springdale mini, which will work great with my family. I have already used and has been easy learning curve. I appreciate the time Brett spent with me. In addition, Wyatt did a great job on the walk through. I had a lot of questions and he was really professional and helpful. It's intimidating buying a trailer camper for the first time. I think Brett, Wyatt, Weston and General RV prepared me well to drive off the lot and into a campground. I would definitely recommend going there if you are in the market. They have a ton of inventory and are competitive on pricing.

We were very satisfied from start to finish with the professionalism beginning with Brett all the way to walkthrough with Justin who did a very great job explaining how everything worked. Everyone listened to my need that Camping world ignored and rejected. I got what I asked for and more at the price point I was willing to work with. They truly came across as wanting to take care of my family and I. I got a better RV support and experience. IF I ever upgrade I will go there first.
