The whole purchase experience was amazing and everyone we interacted with were so friendly and personable. Our sales rep Loyle was amazing. He has years of experience in the RV world that helped us feel so comfortable with our decision to purchase. We were first time buyers and he was more than happy to baby step us through every part and feature we had questions about. He never made us feel pressured, so much so that when we visited another dealership in our shopping around they just did not compare to the great care and the knowledge that Loyle gave and shared. I would recommend purchasing your next/first RV or travel trailer from General RV and when you go, seek Loyle out as your salesman and you will not be disappointed.

They were all about selling rig. When a warranty issue came up the responded quickly, but did not connect with us for updates. No one would answer phone or return calls until I got some managers involved.

Ever single person that worked there went out of thier way to say hi or can I help you or even just wave at us out in the lot. They really bent over backwards to make us happy. It was a great experience and it went smoothly. Communication was constant, if someone didn’t have an answer for us someone else called us right back. I have never met a happier and pleasant salesman than Blake. We went to the Draper ut location. I can’t imagine any of the other facilities being any different. Mike

Brycen our salesmen was fantastic! He was very attentive and actually listened to the things we wanted and made recommendations based on the feedback from other trailers we thought we wanted. He ultimately got us into our dream camper with everything we asked for and then some while still staying in budget, dude is a legend! Mike N was also amazing for our financing super informative and a complete jokester made us feel right at home through the entire process! Jake who did our walkthrough and demonstration of the trailer was also phenomenal, super friendly guy with all the information you could ask for about your trailer! I was dreading looking for a new trailer and especially from a dealer based off horror stories from others but I am so glad I chose general rv and got the team I did that made my families dreams come true

The service technician concern with my specific situation. Being on the road and having to stay in a motel room for three days not only made it inconvenient but expensive too. I was a couple of hours early for my 2:00 pm appointment and Gil my service advisor was out to lunch. Leo stepped up and took my information and got it logged into the system so when Gil came back from lunch he was able to get right on it. The service tech (Jose?) sorry can’t remember his name for sure was extremely knowledgeable and ran diagnostics and pinpointed the issue with my controller right away and worked with INTECH to make the necessary fix and get me back on the road by Saturday! Thanks to everyone including Shauna who helped me get my rig loaded Saturday morning. Everyone was so helpful! And two days later I’m in Rapid City South Dakota!

Brian, Blake and Dan were all great to work with! They made our experience so smooth and care free. The lot and office were both very spacious, organized and clean. They were honest about every trailer and took great care of ours after we had made our final decision. If ever a time comes that we are RV shopping again, we will be returning to General RV in Draper but until then, we will recommend it to all of our family and friends!
