I have the opportunity to be there two times this guys are really good they show me the options and prices this guys are so friendly any time that I was there the person we do the closing are amazing went they show us the rv they Been really professional and detail how to use this rv / accessories / and all mechanics we live there place so happy I really recommend this place buying a rv is what you need and what you want for me this guys put me in the right one thank you and I know that I have the door open for any service on the future thank you

Every single employee with whom we interacted was phenomenal! They were friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer all our questions and give food for thought about possible future modifications. We called with an issue and they worked us in immediately; other places tried to schedule us for 2 weeks out which is completely useless when you have trouble. We highly recommend General RV!

Generally working on the frame recall was ok, but it took a couple of trips out there to complete the process (and sat there about a week getting other trailers ready for the welders). It would have been better scheduling if one trip to investigate the issues, keep the unit it there and complete the work in a couple of days. The process was a little off in my opinion and I would off drove the unit over to Oxley and Son place to weld it not have to wait for more units to get together and do more at your site. I was in contact with them and they said that they could and would do it at there site at any time.

Overall, each of the team was very helpful, and wanted a win-win result. That’s what we got! They accommodated our requests with a compromise, and we negotiated with a compromise. The transaction was smooth, and explained to us at every step. Even in the midst of some in-house remodeling. We both came out a winner!! Thank you Brycen, Mike, Jack and All the Staff!!

Everyone at General RV were very friendly and responsive to questions and concerns. I had a few things outlined from my independent inspection that were not addressed before I came to pick up the RV, however, before I left parts were ordered and an appointment was booked to get those items addressed.
