Service dept. sucks. waited to talk to a service writer for 30 minutes and they helped someone else who got there after I did. That's a problem with having young women service writers. A customer in his 20's gets help before a 66 year old who had $5,000.00 bill last year and needed help with the work done last summer.

I motor home for five months of the year so obviously things break. Most RV repair companies usually tell you they are weeks out before they can even look at your repair. This isn't very helpful if you aren't staying in one place for an extended period of time like me. I used General RVs Keep You Camping program that got me right in for a water pump replacement and figuring out why both A/C s weren't working. The later required a part to be ordered but they got the A/C's running. After touring a number of National Parks in Utah I returned unannounced 11 days later and within 3 hours I was back on the road.
