It was a smooth operation from purchase to closing. Like a well oiled machine. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, Justin was well prepared, Natalie is simply adorable, sweet and very helpful, Bo was very helpful and Adam worked the deal we were wanting, helped my husband with driving confidence and was there as needed. Unfortunately, I don’t recall her name but the lady at the service counter was so valuable with her assistance in ordering snap pads, TPMS and more. A really good team. We saw everyone working together well.

Blake worked hard to get us financing and Mike was very thorough with us going over the new camper prior to leaving the dealership. We did encounter a small issue once we arrived home and met with the service departing the next morning and they were very receptive in addressing our concerns. At the time I picked up my camper, the quality of the work was great, much more than I was anticipating. It was an all around great experience that bloomed from a not great situation.

5 out of 5 stars. April, our service advisor, kept the whole visit running like a well-oiled machine and took great care of us on Terry's recliner issue — smooth communication from start to finish. Perry is the generator guru of the bunch — he diagnosed our generator issue faster than we could say "why won't this thing start." If diagnosing skills and customer service were Olympic sports, these two would be bringing home the gold. 10/10 — General RV's service department is the reason RV problems feel a little less stressful.
