I spoke to Service Representative Lori Green who understood my problem and worked with me and my schedule to get me in ASAP to resolve my problem quickly. The Service Technician was knowledgeable and very polite in answering all of my questions. I hope I don’t need any repairs soon, but when I do I will contact General RV again.
The service department has improved by leaps and bounds since we bought our Tiffin from GRV in March 2023.
Brittni, the service nanager, and Nikki, our service representative, are doing a truly first-class job, while the quality of the service team's work has steadily gotten better and better.
Two years ago, I wouldn't have imagined that I would ever say this, but my wife and I have been absolutely thrilled with the changes.

Parts department did a great job of getting the awning and parts i needed very quickly and Danny Browder did a great job of making sure it was installed properly on our 5th wheel camper great service !! Great people!!
The service advisor (Brandon) helped us set up an appointment to get our battery management issue addressed in a very timely manner. We were very appreciative they could get us into their schedule.
Prior visits to General RV were less than Satifactory. This visit was great. Danny was profesional, and couteous. I'll be back for service. He changed my my feelings about General RV.
The entire staff was very polite and accommodating. The staff was attentive and assisted me with all my concerns. We have had a great experience with General RV, overall.
Tara and Brandon were very helpful to get my repair completed at a fair price. The new guy in parts located the awning motor I needed and service was fast and got me back on the road.
