When I walked into the Ashland Virginia store, I felt like I was already part of the General RV family. Everyone was so incredibly warm, inviting and accommodating, and so pleasant I regret ever going anywhere else. From online sales with Greg, financial advisor Seth to the amazing people in the store and service department I was treated with kindness and respect. General RV has not forgotten what customer service is and went on to redefine the RV business as a family friendly affair.
