My salesman, Matt Doran, is based in Canton, Ohio. This is the second RV we've purchased with his help, and once again he went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. We couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you, Matt! Our finance manager, Jon, who is also in the Canton, Ohio location, did a tremendous amount of behind-the-scenes work to make this purchase happen. We truly appreciate all of the effort he put in along the way. We couldn't have done it without the two of them. The Richmond store was also great to work with during the pickup of our RV. Brian did an outstanding job with both our virtual and in-person walkthroughs, making sure we were comfortable with every aspect of our new RV. Our only piece of feedback is that it took a little while for the RV to be brought around when we were ready to leave. It appeared to be a very busy day, so we completely understand, but we wanted to share that observation. This is the third RV we've purchased from General RV, and the experience has gotten better each time. We truly appreciate everyone's hard work and outstanding customer service, and we'll definitely be back when it's time for our next RV!

General RV has been a true partner in all of my maintenance needs. I want to specifically point out my service rep Ms. Lori G and tech Mr. Shane. They have been very patient and trustworthy. The pricing is fair and I do not feel overwhelmed when they explain the treatment plans for my rig. They are very detailed in explaining what needs to be done and they pay particular attention to detail to ensure a well working rig. I am looking forward in continuing to work with the General RV team.

The service manager gave me an orientation to the facility to make me comfortable and my service advisor clearly reviewed the plan and waiting time expectations. The waiting area is roomy and comfortable and I found some great buys in the clearance section of the store.
