General RV has been a true partner in all of my maintenance needs. I want to specifically point out my service rep Ms. Lori G and tech Mr. Shane. They have been very patient and trustworthy. The pricing is fair and I do not feel overwhelmed when they explain the treatment plans for my rig. They are very detailed in explaining what needs to be done and they pay particular attention to detail to ensure a well working rig. I am looking forward in continuing to work with the General RV team.

staff is very friendly and eager to assist you in any way. Store is very well stocked and neatly organized. Also from what I saw as I walked into the building the lot has many RV’s to choose from. Special thanks to Tera Bunger there at Richmond and Brant who is from the Hershey, PA. area store, who were instrumental in taking care of me with my part issue.
