Our process is just beginning but look forward to open and honest communication from all parties. We were welcomed as soon as I walked in. The reception and waiting area was inviting. The people inventory is the center is well stocked. What a nice bag of sweets on our departing!

Garrett did a very nice job. He was super patient with us looking thru lots of different units. He did got us the price we wanted on our trade-in and communicated well throughout the process. John and Justin handled the finance aspect very nicely. Brian took us on the walk thru of our new unit. All of our questions were answered. We were able to test everything effectively. We found a couple small issues that [FIRST NAME REMOVED] fixed up quickly for us. Andrea worked with us and the service department to purchase a new load distribution hitch at a fair price. Nikki made sure we were happy with the whole process and ensured we had a means of contact for any future RV service needs. Great team.
