The service rep was very friendly and helpful. The service techs were very efficient and thorough.
Unfortunately I arrived for my 11:00 appointment to find the service department swamped and decided to leave my rv expecting to pick it up the next day. Two weeks later I got my rv back.
Everything was done as promised. No complaints about the service performed.
Maybe the service department needs to grow to meet the demand. You don’t want your hard-working employees to be overworked.
My experiences with General RV have been pleasant. I feel General RV is very considerate, polite, professional and listens to the customer. They communicate well and provide solutions.
Our tech mechanic Russell was the first person to correct a problem that we have had with our Aqua Hot floor heat system in our 2025 Accolade XL. We have had our coach to 4 Blue Compass locations since July of 2025 across the US with no heat in the floor or basement. We spent all winter skirting the coach to keep from freezing the pipes. Russell found the problem and had the part ordered to correct the issue. He did a great job and would highly recommended him to work on this type of system.
Michael was not pushy. He was patient with us. When we ere ready to buy we went back to him because he was knowledgeable, took the time to show us options and was not pushy.

The best part of the place was Danny Browder. Service required me to oversee some of their work to ensure it was complete, but Danny, as the service advisor, always took care of the customer without hesitation.
