It has been a pleasure working with Danny as my service advisor and he along with Jeannie and another gentleman stayed past their working hours to get me checked out and air up my class A tires to the correct pressure. Great customer service.
The downside of my service visit was a lack of sweeping and cleaning up from the work that was completed inside the camper and they installed new doors on the washer/dryer cabinet but didn’t include any handles or knobs to open the doors. Not sure how that makes any sense.
The last issue was the parts person who checked my water compartment to see what Newmar whole house water filter was needed failed to close properly the swinging door to latch it closed. On my way home on the interstate it flung open and luckily didn’t get hit by other vehicles and by the time I stopped the screws were stripped that holds on the retractable hinge that connects to the panel. Bad outcome overall and I’ve had to jury rig the screws to partially hold onto the panel. I’ll need to resolve the still strippped screws that are barely holding onto.
What a great experience picking up our new camping trailer. We were welcomed, oriented and kept up to date on every step of the way. Thank you Lisa, Beth, Nikki, Blake, Michael, and Sandy. Enjoyed the excellent team.
The sales staff was friendly, very knowledgeable where you were not pushed into buying something we didn’t want. We’re disgusted with the salesman and the sales manager and we was led into the right direction and we got an RV that we love for a price that was more than fair and reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend my sales person. Justin very nice young fellow with a strong ethic of doing what’s right the sales manager very knowledgeable. Very helpful. Worked hard to get what we wanted and succeeded we were we were presented our RV. It was serviced cleaned and everything was checked on it to make sure that it was working correctly and appropriately. The sales staff was very helpful in selecting our camper and working through the deal. When problems were found with the unit we the unit we planned to purchase they quickly located another unit in the area and had it brought in. Our sales rep Hillary was especially pleasant to work with.

They took the time to clearly explain the issue (a malfunctioning slide-out mechanism) and detail the necessary steps, ensuring we understood the scope of the work.
