Straightforward process. Hillary and John were both great to work with. Phil did a nice job with walk through on the day of pick up and addressing any of our concerns. We did end up waiting over an hour after our appointment time before things got rolling though. Not sure if it was a staffing issue or clients beforehand taking longer than expected. Overall enjoyed the ease of process of purchasing our first camper.

Our whole experience with General RV was wonderful. We previously dealt with Camping World for our first camper & had the worst experience. General RV handled everything from finding us the perfect fitting camper that met all of our needs, getting us the best value for our trade-in & assisting with the financing portion. Hopefully we have this RV for years to come, but if we ever decide to upgrade again, we’ll definitely be back!

Nice staff. The facility is clearly capable of handling a large volume of work. This stands out among the smaller non-related dealership that I was previously going to for service.
