The service rep was very friendly and helpful. The service techs were very efficient and thorough. Unfortunately I arrived for my 11:00 appointment to find the service department swamped and decided to leave my rv expecting to pick it up the next day. Two weeks later I got my rv back. Everything was done as promised. No complaints about the service performed. Maybe the service department needs to grow to meet the demand. You donā€™t want your hard-working employees to be overworked.
