Started with good communication with G-RV. It was timely and efficient. Emails, texts and calls were returned with the requested info. Felt like our Service rep, Mr. Danny Browder, kept us informed during the entire process, from scheduling our repair to final RV pickup. Also kept us informed as work progressed, so there were no surprises at the end. I do recommend G-RV be more transparent about total out-the-door costs as work progresses, since work scope and costs can change as work is being done. Also, customer should know up front that cost will increase if paying by credit card.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will say we should have been better to check the rv out before leaving. Had some issues but we r sure we will get the help we need.
Service representative Nikki in Ashland is always on top of her game. When we delivered our motorhome for service she greeted us warmly, handled the exchange quickly and kept us informed on weekly updates. She is always pleasant and will pursue to get us in and out in the shortest time possible. She is a star of the show. The store is always clean and easy to get in and out.
We had an issue with the first Coachmen travel trailer that I really wanted. We decided against buying it. No fault of General RV. I will tell you the store mgr. came over and gave us three options. Which we decided to look for another trailer. Matt took us to look again and we found one. I would personally like to say "Thank You " to all the employees of the store. We were met with excellent customer service from every department. Matt Davis has been our go to person as he sold us our first RV. Extremely helpful and awalys professional. I highly recommend Matt! We will awalys be a repeat customer. I would recommend General RV in Ashland because they went above and beyond with customer service!
We recently had our 2026 Class C RV serviced and were extremely impressed with the level of organization, communication, and workmanship throughout the entire process. From the initial scheduling to the final walkthrough, every step was handled with clarity and professionalism.
The service team ( Lori Greene) coordinated all required maintenance items, inspected areas we hadn’t even considered, and provided clear explanations and recommendations without any pressure. Her attention to detail gave us confidence that our RV was being cared for properly.
Tera has been working hard behind the scenes for months to get our seat for our new RV from
Keystone that were supposed to be installed in the factory. She was great. April our service advisor did a wonderful job to get the seats installed. Great team work.
