From start to finish, it was actually an unbelievable moment that has brought back the level of service and hospitality that should be instilled in this sort of moment. Prior to this we had a very unethical experience with a different company. Our salesman, Basil, listened without us even realizing, and he nailed it. - BLOWN AWAY! Our Gentleman, John that did our walk through was just amazing and more than we could ask for. Sebastian was absolutely fabulous and being so transparent with us during the closing. This is something that we did not experience at all in our last unethical experience. This speaks volumes for this company that we feel is ethical and transparent from beginning to end. All I can think of now is the future ahead of me and my love… The positive experiences that I had with such great partnership with a company that provides a focus on making this moment, experiential. I noticed the professionalism when I pulled up. They did a thorough inspection and notified me of what the findings were. I had recently just bought a Newmar Ventana 4037. I had the oil changed in the motor and the oil changed in the generator to make sure that I created a zero point for me to keep service records and they gave me a list of other things that I need to get done to get it ready for a trip which I plan to do. There was no pressure selling. It was just notifications. Erica was top-notch.

She does an excellent job of keeping things moving and, when needed, brings in other members of the team who are equally helpful and professional. Chris at check-in, Kai in the shop, and the parts team have all been great to work with. It’s clear that customer service and teamwork are priorities throughout the service department.
