Tory and Sof were great to work with. They both made themselves available during and after work after hours. Both took their time to make sure that all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. On the day of our sale, Cami took over and is a funny ball of fire to work with. She is in the right job at the right time. On our walk through of our camper it was a little disappointing because knew about the camper’s features then the representative.

Integrity and willingness to understand customer individual needs, and find affordable resolutions. I bought a used RV, yet received brand new purchase quality service. Employees are knowledgeable in each department I have worked with, (sales, transport, closing, service maintenance, parts, phone reps,) Everyone provided great service. I didn't feel less valued as a customer because I was buying used or my repair was small. Great company! The Dover, FL location is my location. My experiences were in both Sales, Delivery and Service center building. I am not an RV camper, only living while rebuilding life after hurricanes.

Well thanks to Shawn my Rv was finally fix after 3-4 month of promises in fort Myers and nothing got done pure disaster. Took it to Tampa and Shawn got it done.Mind you when I ask fort Myers where to take it they did not recommend general Rv other locations they said to call wenabego for recommendations thank you Tampa general Rv.

We have only had our RV for about 5 months, and so far, I’m impressed with the service dept. and the people that stand out the most to us. Starting with Robert (service dept) he was so helpful in making sure all our needs were met. Then, recently Claudia who is awesome!! She gave us so many extra tips & helpful information for people like us who are new to the RV community. Overall, I’m pleased with the service dept and the work they have done.
