Being completely honest, General RV has the absolute best service around! I feel like I'm back in the days when customer service really meant something! We rolled in on Dec 23rd in the afternoon because we were passing through on our way home from Maine to Cape Coral FL and needed some service. We took a chance expecting them to have no time because of the holiday and beinglate in the day. By the time we finished telling the front desk why we stopped in, they had service reps waiting at a bay for us! Got us all taken care of and back on our merry way in no time. They welcomed our pets, provided drinks and snacks, and kept up up to speed every step of the way. I can not say enough about how much they make getting our RV serviced an absolute pleasure. Jade Ferrari, our service rep was amazing! Above and beyond! 1000 stars 🌟 Thank you once more to the General RV team for being so professional and the best around. The drive to the Tampa location where we go is over 2 hours away and we will never go anywhere else unless it absolutely necessary. Highly recommend!!!

We all know the purchase is only the beginning of the adventure of owning a motorhome but finding and receiving quality services and repairs is just as important as the purchase... I have been fortunate to have been assigned several competent service advisors over the years but none as knowledgeable, professional and straightforward as our current advisor Sean Robey who is a huge credit and asset to the General RV Service Department of Dover, Florida!!

My biggest issue is that a lot of folks these days that own RV's are not retired seniors and keep their RV's in off site storage lots. Not having weekend drop-offs/pickups/service hours is very inconvenient and causes employees to use PTO or sick time to get their RV to the remote General RV shop. Dover is a good 2 hour round trip from my condo. At least implement Saturday service intakes/pickups. Even if its a get back to camping repair, most don't mind leaving it for a few days.
Erica and Amanda were very accommodating while my RV was being serviced. All of the staff I encountered at the service center was very helpful and friendly.
Everything!! The entire staff was exceptional. From our salesperson Roxanne, Ken our walk through EXPERT, Robert our service rep to square away any issues, to Sof who handled our loan paperwork we were extremely pleased. No pressure, explained everything. We feel it was a fair price. Fair trade in value. Second RV we purchased. Won't go anywhere else.
We were very pleased to work with Bonnie -our service advisor. We only come to this business because Steve Scrape is there to care for our motorhome.
In the past we had very unpleasant service experinces with no accountability so perhaps there is better management.
