I bought my RV from this business two and a half years ago. Up until February I had been fighting to get repairs I should have been completed and cover during the one year warranty period. After repeated emails and phone calls, note that the average turnaround time on both these ways of communication is about 28 days this is not an exaggeration. I was ready to file bankruptcy. and return the RV in your front parking lot. But because of Katie and Erica the new individuals in their position and the service department I'm going to say that I've turned around 180°. I was about to return the RV and leave it in your front parking lot I was so dissatisfied with the service I was receiving from your department with the previous management structure you had in place. I have rethought that since my recent experience with these two individuals and your service department. you should commend them on turning a customer around. I mean very dissatisfied... I am now a person that actually thinks highly of your business, service department and the RV industry itself.. I cannot not go on about these two people and your service department. I am extremely satisfied, there are a little odds and ends that I will be reaching out to them about but nothing that is a showstopper. and nothing I know they cannot handle. Even though there were milestones that didn't always make me happy they were honest, immediately reached out to me, and I thought that they were treating me with respect.You should highlight these two individuals and your service department to all your other employees. Now don't get me wrong, my salesman was amazing and I will never say anything bad about this individual. He's another one you should bring into the light.. Reach out to me again for more positive feedback.
Service advisor was attentive in listening about difficulties I was having with my RV. Provided answers and follow up questions make sure all issues would be addressed by the mechanic. Kept me up to date with service progress and insurance warranty information. Explained the bill thoroughly. Very nice to receive service like that.
Shawn always takes care of our RV and he is very knowledgeable about all things related to RVs. I’m been working with Sean for years now and highly recommend him and trust his expertise.
Delivery with belongings transfer should not be scheduled to start at 2:00 pm. There is no way you can completed the walk through, correction for any issues found and complete transfer of stuff by closing time.
The compound is beautifully huge, easy to maneuver in and out with large trailer. The overall location appeared very clean, professional and employees seemed to enjoy their jobs.
We loved that Tom really understood what we were looking for. We loved the very first camper he showed us. Angel did a great job getting us financed and explaining everything. The walk through was very good! There were just a few minor issues on the walk through that needed looked at or fixed. We were impressed with the quick work. Now for us to go camping! Thank you!
Great sales people and support staff, I called in reference to a used trailer and the salesman took the time to verify that the trailer was there and went out and took additional pictures of the trailer and emailed them to me and called me back so he could answer questions I might have. I made an appointment to look at the trailer and few days later and upon arriving the trailer was pull up into a bay and was plugged in so we could see that everything was in good working condition. Salesman was not pushy and took the time to show us numerous other trailers that were in our price range so we could compare other brands and features which made our decision easier.
