Meeting all the people in all the different areas was a unique and nice experience. It made us feel like all customers were important to you. Everyone was so nice! Our salesman,Justin, went above and beyond in helping us. I just wish there was a General dealer close to us!
Dominik was great and informative. Ryan who did the showing after we purchased is exceptional and was very detailed and thorough with his job. He addressed all our needs and even upsold us on a few features and promptly got to work on them. He partnered us with Layla who helped to carry out all our needs and requests. It was a pleasant experience. Oh and the finance guy Tommy took his time and didn’t pressure us at all. Yet was giving us great guidance to ensure we protected our investment. All around was a great team who helped make the process as easy and simple as it could be. Thanks everyone! We will be back Layla and Ryan for sure to look at the Brinkley which you both were kind enough to allow us to see while waiting on the last few issues to be resolved.
We loved the people!! Our sales guy, Greg, finance, Toni, and our lot girl were absolutely the best. Everyone was friendly, surprisingly honest and at no time made us feel like they were playing a shell game. When we decide to upgrade our trailer, we will be back to Dover to see Greg Greene.

I am currently very satisfied with the service of the seller and the financing person. After signing my papers for my financing on February 14, 2026, they proceeded to the walk thruu in which some deficiencies of items provided by the manufacturer were found and it was agreed to fix them and provide them before being picked up. Then I passed again on March 14, 2026 and some other deficiencies and equipment of it were found when inspecting it, For this reason today, March 19, they called me that everything is ready and a particular horn of the RV WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL the next 2 weeks and that they will send it directly to me. And I consider that a full month is enough time to have obtained such a simple article. I will go through your facilities again to pick up the Rv. I need to request that this time be honored at the financing level and I request that the bank that financed me be called so that it runs the day I start paying my Rv since it has never left its facilities.
I look forward to a prompt response.
