My entire General RV service experience was excellent - from Bonnie my Service Advisor who is very experienced and a pleasure to work with - to the body shop that completed an under-hood repair and Eddie the service tech who personally went through all elements of the repair work he General RV delivered the coach washed and detailed. I’ve never had that happen in 20 years of RV’ng This visit was a very pleasurable experience

Efficient and professional. I love the courtesy inspection. It’s like having a friend help with yhe little and big things that need to be fixed. Your technicians are at the top of their game and communications from my advisor is excellent. Amanda Alamo will keep me coming back at least once a year for issues or basic maintenance I don’t want to do myself

We had a small problem with purchased unit and the staff explained as soon as we met for our walk through. They explained that they were working on it. As we started our walk through, our guide was very knowledgeable and explained the coach in detail. We had a lot of questions about the unit and all were answered. We never felt pressured We were informed of the progress on the problem every 30 minutes of the time spent in the dealership. Very impressed with General RV

Right from when we first pulled up, Service center, greeted us and was very friendly and polite and helpful. The service center representative was friendly. He walked with me as I showed him our problems. After we left, he kept us updated on the progress on our RV. Everyone did a great job. I want to thank them all for a job well done.
