It was a wonderful experience with General RV from start to finish with the purchase of our new 2026 Fleetwood Flair 28A. Our sales person, Roland Draughon, did a great job helping us pick out the right RV for us; Sofiane Yahiaoui made the business/financial paperwork a breeze and go very smoothly; and finally Brian (from Service) did an outstanding job doing the final walk-through and explaining all the operational details when we picked up our RV. The entire team treated me like an old friend or family member. They genuinely cared that I got into the right rig for me at the absolute best deal possible. They helped me get out an old toy hauler that I was upside down on and not happy with. They were patient in showing me multiple coaches, some of the same a few times. In the end, I left a very happy camper thanks to Austin, the most amazing and interesting sales rep, and Alex, the best finance manager I've ever dealt with. Extremely resourceful and sincere. They got their colleagues, bosses, and bank all rowing together to give me the best experience I've ever had with this third RV purchase.

I was very impressed with the service department especially Ingrid and Bonnie. Camping world tried to charge me a bunch of money to replace an ac when it was just a tripped breaker. Iā€™m super grateful for their honesty and professionalism.

After purchasing our American Coach Tradition I was unhappy with the communication and follow-up while my coach was in for service. After speaking to a service manager, I was assigned a new service advisor, and I started working with Bonnie Bernard. Ever since my first interaction with Bonnie, my service experience has made a complete turnaround. Bonnie does a great job communicating and managing. She is always reachable and has taken the time to address issues. We were on a trip and had an issue and I reached out to Bonnie, and she was able to assist and helped us solve the problem and we were over 1,000 miles away. Dave McGree our sales person was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable with the Brinkley Model He is an asset to your team. He is not your typical sales person. No hard sales he listens to our needs and nailed the 4 he showed us. We kept on going back and forth thru the units. Then we signed. Everyone else there were great. When we came back to do walk thru and David met us and welcomed us. He may not be all over social media but that is what makes David David. He is down to earth honest person. My wife and I have told everyone we know what a great experience we had because of David. He has answered any questions we had even on his day off. That is the person you need to make a company great.
