No pressure from the team. The broken items found when we went to pick up were addressed and scheduled to fix when parts come in. Walk through process was beyond helpful and the entire team from when you walk in was friendly and willing to help.

Sam and Cami were great, want the whole team was truly terrific. I think the only thing that needs some updating is the communication between the delivery coordinator and service. But really taking the time to go through the travel trailer when we're so new to RVing means a lot.
In my opinion, they have an excellent crew there. I did have some problems in the beginning, but they were able to quickly and efficiently. Take care of those problems and I was able to get my first travel trailer that was the most exciting day of my life. Thank you for all that helped me get through. Being an out of state buyer, I was very impressed with the sales and financing staff. Once I arrived I continued to be impressed with the staff. Sam and Cami did a great job making me feel comfortable with my new RV.
