The west palm store is the best. Bought my first camper from Palm beach Rv. Unfortunately bought new camper from the Tampa store but will still continue to use the west palm store for all services! Kaitlin and team did a great job and a quick turn around. Unfortunately will be back with more warranty work, but glad to know I will be in good hands.

Well… we had a couple issues with the RV that needed to be addressed, one specifically was related to the uncoupling of the travel trailer from my truck. The issue ended up being MY issue not the that of General RV, but GRV sent a tech all the way down to where our new RV was stored, quickly fixed the issue, then towed it all the way back to make everything else was PERFECT! This to me is EXTRAORDINARY customer service! The entire team at GRV is beyond nice, super professional and dedicated to making sure their customers are satisfied. I’d 100% recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase an RV and would buy from them again!!!
