Bought our RV at Dover General location. The morning we showed up at Dover to buy 4 techs were trying to make repairs on the RV electrical systems.We left there being told everything was working perfect. Get home, we found out RV had major electrical issues. We soon took it into W. PALM General RV. The whole crew at WPB General were great to us. Professional, kept us informed, and pleasant to work with. I want to give special thanks to Rebecca and Scott Slicker, they were outstanding in helping solve our issues. The crew at WPB turned our sour experience after leaving Dover into feeling like we can now enjoy our New Coach!

My experience with General RV was something different because i ask ChatGPT for RV trailer Dealers with the best reviews and the first one was General RV Dealers in West Palm Beach if i don’t mind to driving about an hour, so i drove to General RV and was a really good experience with everyone in the Dealership they was really good with customer service ,very friendly people and i Will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a RV or motor home, thank you for your time and service, thank you to everyone. Front desk, sales person, financial team, and camp specialist.
