Everyone was great. We were expecting the whole trade-in process to take a long time. But we turned in the old camper, got the tour of the new camper, got through the whole financial/signing process, and were on our way in just over a couple of hours. We had a couple of interior decor issues in the new camper, but everyone worked it out to our satisfaction. Heather was great. We've told you guys before but I'll say it again, Kary was the best. Tim was very helpful and remained available through the whole appointment. The tech who put the new hitch on and walked me through all that was great - I'm sorry I don't remember who it was but he deserves kudos. Very happy!!!

The appointment was set up through Service Tech Matt Garwood. He reviewed all of the items on my list and then through the arrival visible quality inspection discovered two more issues. Matt review the extent of the work and said that they would need to keep the unit over night, that was a Friday night. On Monday Matt contacted me that the work was complete and set up a time on Tuesday morning for pick up. At pick up we went through the entire list and found all issues complete to my satisfaction. The experience was great and raise my level of confidence in General RV Clarkston MI.
