I watch her deal with all kinds of customers, and she handles all of them with grace and the best customer service. I bring my travel trailer to your dealership, from Sturgis, Michigan, on our farm, just so I can have Olivia take care of all my repairs and maintenance visits. Our salesman Rick was knowledgeable and up front on everything. Our financing rep Jesse was very good and didn’t present a fake attitude. Brady gave us our final run through and was very personable. As we just took delivery of our RV three days ago, service after the sale remains to be seen. Hopefully we don’t have any issues; but I’ll be adding future reviews either way. Looking forward to great camping adventures and have had an awesome experience so far! Thanks General RV of Clarkston!

We had a great experience at General RV Center thanks to Kip! From the moment we walked in, Kip was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident in our decision every step of the way. Buying an RV can feel overwhelming, but he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated his honesty and how helpful he was throughout the experience. Highly recommend asking for Kip if you’re shopping for an RV!

My wife and I were taking our first trip when my brother called said a lost power to my left taillight, we pulled over checked the connection every thing looked good. I called general Rv in clarkston since we were h heading north on I75. Spoke with Matt explained my problem he told me to come in. When I pulled I couldn’t believe How quickly Matt and Brian came out as I pulled up. Brian did what he could in the service bay, but could not figure out the issue. They pulled my truck and trailer was pulled back into a bay, a technician went right to work on my trailer, found the pinched wire and repaired it. They had me back on the road with in 2 hours. That’s what I call great customer service. Thank you Matt, Brian, the technician and General RV for there outstanding customer service. Thank you Marco
