The Service Personnel all worked with us very well and went above and beyond expectations. They even made sure we were safe during a tornado warning in their area when we were delayed by 1 day and had to wait for a service job to be completed with out tow vehicle setup. Nicholas, from service checked to make sure we were aware of the incoming storm well after midnight. We are happy to drive 500+ miles for all the awesome customer service we receive and would always recommend Clarkston, General RV to our family & friends 🧡

Our salesman, Emery, listened to every single must haves on our list, staying under weight and length and of course staying in line with our budget. He moved 2 different units for us, gave us our options and after many phone conversations and texts, we were able to choose the perfect home away from home. The sales managers, Scottie and Tim both did everything possible to make us happy including giving us the best price, discounts and perks with such high class services. Not to mention they gave us top dollar for our trade in! General RV has always been a place where my family has bought campers and i can confidently say we are thrilled and pleased to be a next generation family buying our camper at General RV family.

Olivia was the best. I was out of state and required some warranty work. She verified that the parts required for the work were at General RV and she made an appointment that fit my hectic schedule. My prior appointments have not all gone well so I was so happy to have Olivia there to help set it up for success. All went well and I'm now a happy service customer
