What I really liked best about my experience with General RV Clarkston was working with Kyree. He was not only professional, experienced, and on top of absolutely everything; but also friendly, kind, and has an awesome sense of humor. He went above and beyond making everything work out for a long-distance sale…he even came in on his day off and stayed late because I was running late arriving when he was supposed to be with his family at a picnic on a Saturday evening! I wish I could nominate him for Super Employee of the Year for General RV Nationwide.

Good RV selection, good prices on the RVs. Good service with walk around and showing me how to use the RV. I'm happy with the customer service. But the prep fee is very expensive. $2500 for a used RV costing $15,000. That's a 17% markup I feel like this is a way to make extra profit on the RV. I don't mind paying a prep fee as I understand there is prep work done, but should be more reasonable.
