Our service advisor, Nicholas, was very attentive and truly listened to our concerns and questions. He kept us informed and he and the mechanic who worked on our unit were very informative and addressed the needs of our trailer in an utmost professional manner going above and beyond with compassion.
Olivia is great to work with. She and the General RV team has taken good care of me and my "Covid Baby" 2021 Entegra. Which had lots of growing pains.
She set reasonable expectations and got my work done ahead of schedule.
Nick was my service manager and was polite and timely and communicated well.
General dealership/manufacturer feedback: I was coming in due to a Brinkley recall. The recall notice was known about in advance. My visit seemed more of an assessment more than me getting the recall needs fixed. So, now I need to come back a 2nd time which is pretty inconvenient. I assume the manufacturer informed the dealer network of the recall notice and I shared the recall details ahead of time. Seems I should have been able to show and just have the recall issue addressed in one visit.
Matt texted me with updates throughout the entire process. Our RV had a Grand Design recall repair. We also had an issue with our door which 2 prior mobile technicians could never resolve. It was fantastic to no longer see daylight from inside door. Matt arranged our service appointments and inspection/pickups all promptly by text. Upon pickup, we were almost an hour early and he worked his magic and got us right in and out the door with our RV.
All of the employees we worked with on this service call were very friendly. It's hard to believe this is the same company as the Mt. Clemens location. After dealing with them for years prior, we were ready to give up on ever having good service again.
