Out sales associate, Tommy, was fabulous. We probably would not have bought anything if it wasn't for him, taking the time to understand us and our needs and then showing us the perfect vehicle for us. In addition, everyone that we worked with, from john in finance to eric in insurance, were terrific. We looked at a variety of rvs with other dealers, and I am genuinely pleased that we chose and are working with General RV. That you are around the country, including Florida where we live, makes things simpler. So, thanks! We are excited about our new home away from home!

Sam was very thorough! She was great! However, I didn't think there should have been any charges for checking out the warranty work on our RV! I will be calling the manufacturer regarding the charges. I was disappointed because any warranty work should not be charged to the customer!
