I generally like the people at GRV that I work with. I feel from the start of this sale every single person was working with us to have the best possible outcome. Shaq, Mike Buchwald, Chris Cole, Brian who did our unit demo, Mike Abraham, Anita, Kevin and the service manager (sorry I don’t specifically recall his name) who we spoke with regarding our experience was absolutely trying to do the best job they could not only for us but also General RV. As a business owner I would be very happy to have a team behind me that worked as hard as these folks did while representing my company.

The walk through with Bill was very professional and good !! But when we were ready to leave with the fifth wheel, it was very upsetting. All the , water intakes were not. capted, storage doors were left open, refrigerator was left on not very professional !!

Mike (formally from the service dept and now does the training for new owners) is a complete gem. His knowledge and support couldn’t be more appreciated. Amanda was excellent in getting things done and keeping me informed on how repairs and service were going. I had multiple services needed. Kaitlyn (who formally was a service manager and now schedules service) is also a treasure. Her guidance on what services I need to keep traveling as a solo woman camper is invaluable.
