The staff were very friendly and able to help us get all the add- ons we needed on our camper. Patient with explanations of how things worked and why they were needed. It was a pleasant experience.
Willing to accommodate various questions with solutions to resolve. Didn’t care for sales pressure to buy extra additional services, but understand their position. Thankful for the gift of the starter kit, much appreciated. Hopefully delivery to our site will be without issues or problems. Please insure all necessary manuals for the appliances are included with delivery. Please pre-test all systems to avoid a repair problem or issue.
We did have some issue with getting our call backs for our slide that wouldn’t close but Thomas was able to send someone out to be able to get it closed so we can bring it in for warranty service.
The staff were all amazing. Was always comfortable and always felt like they were trying to help us make the best decision for us. Never once felt like I was dealing with a sales agent in any way. Definitely a ten out of ten.
I was very impressed that the service area was willing to help me with very short notice. I had an AC vent break and fall off, leaving my rear AC unit on my RV completely exposed. We were supposed to meet friends that day for a weekend and I did not feel it would be wise to travel across the state with an exposed AC unit. The service and parts areas teamed together, found the AC shroud I needed in their parts inventory and installed it within a little more than an hour as a walk in appointment. That was remarkable service - the sort of responsive and caring service that makes all the difference. They literally saves our weekend. I am writing this one day after the service sitting with our dear friends at Tawas State Park. Thank you, General RV for exceptional service!
