General r v has went over the top to help with anything we needed and always answered our phone calls immediately!! They made buying a camper, which can be a very stressful time, extremely comfortable and easy.
Jake was very helpful and understanding about our concerns. We know he inherited the account from someone who left the company, but he was a breath of fresh air that put us at ease that things were being taken care of.
Our family was truly treated like VIPs while we were there. The camper walk-through was excellent. The person showing us the RV did an excellent job showing us the interior and exterior as well as answering any questions we had. Going through the paperwork to close the sale went very smoothly. Overall, this was a great experience!
Service group was great. Chuck was on the ball getting us in. Steve walked around the unit checking for items that needed maintenance and fixing. The slide will need some attention and adjustments as it was not working properly. The service team was awesome to work with.
On time and in and out without issue. Only point that was courtesy inspection wasn’t done until I questioned it. The rv was pulled in first for service due to line in the precheck bays. That’s fine as it got the service started but a better review to check this would be a suggestion. Compared to previous checks , I noticed the slide out was not opened or checked. What is the standard expectation for this inspection? Comments for the inspector were good for what was checked. Otherwise Amanda reviewed the reports with me and that was well done.
