I really enjoy the classes. The instructors are great. One thing I wish was a reality is more stations for squats and deadlifts. I know it’s a space constraint. It’s just those stations are never open so I end up not being able to incorporate them into my routine which is a bummer. Some Friday evening or Saturday afternoon classes would also be good. More yoga! 2 evening classes per week is not enough for those who work during the day.
I like it because it is very close to wear i live and it's really easy to get in and out. I also like it because it's not too big and I love all the machines.
