We LOVE Ms. Chris. She listens well about what kind of cut we want for our daughter, remembers that she can't have red dye, engages so sweetly with me and with her and delivers a great cut every time. (And even Fairy Hair from time to time!) We love the laidback feel of the salon and our daughter enjoys the play area and getting to pick her favorite chair(car).

Exceptional Service and a Kid-Friendly Experience! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pigtails & Crewcuts! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient with our little one. The salon is clearly designed with children in mind—fun decor, kid-sized chairs, and a calm, cheerful environment that instantly put my child at ease. The stylist was fantastic—professional, kind, and knew exactly how to make the haircut fun and stress-free. They even let my child choose a fun vehicle seat and watch cartoons during the cut, which turned it into a treat rather than a chore! I truly appreciate how committed the team is to customer satisfaction and creating a great experience for both kids and parents. Highly recommend this location to any family looking for a smooth and enjoyable haircut experience! We’ll definitely be back!

Meri was kind, quick, and skillful during Mason's haircut. She knew all the ways to keep him calm and happy with toys and even a bubble wand. She was patient when Mason was upset and made sure we were both happy when the haircut was complete. I will definitely request her again!
