George did a great job understanding the Depew market and performed terrifically in a two offer situation to maximize the home sale price...in addition, I cannot say enough about his attention to detail, especially with his continued efforts to make recommendations, review contractors work, conduct his own home inspection/ walk-through(s) on a regular basis and he even offered to shovel the walkway for the new owners since we have not been at the property for several weeks before the snow!
