Product can be found in more than one place; service cannot be. I purchased my Trek bike years ago at George Garner in Lake Zurich and recently returned for a car rack where I met Andy. While I had so many questions, the shopping experience to determine what was best for me was amazing. I didn’t feel rushed and he really listened to me; also the recommendation he made was spot on. Andy explained features for assessories I was curious about which I also ended up purchasing. When they finish tuning up my bike I’ll be all set for my upcoming cycling goals. I encourage anyone to start there because you won’t need to go anywhere else.

The knowledge of the people that work there.The time they spend with you to make sure you are getting the right bike for you and not just trying to sell you a bike. Explaining why one bike would be a better option for you than another by explaining what they do and how to pick a bike that you feel comfortable and confident on. Because as Andy said if you are not comfortable and confident you won’t ride it. Kudos to Andy for all his help and Johnfor the pleasant conversation during checkout.

I came in for a fire repair. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and took time to help me unload my bike and explain what happened to my tire so I can avoid that again in the future.

The rep I worked with at the Lake Zurich store was very helpful in outfitting my son with a bike. He new we were budget concious and he fitted my son on a brand new trek. Once he knew the fit he grabbed a pre-owned bike from his stock and it was the exact same bike but 2 or 3 models older than the one he was fitted on. Was practically mint condition and was significantly cheaper. Worked perfect for our budget and we also ended up buying a helmet.

Very good service, friendly staff repaired my bicycle tire in less than five minutes answer questions about electric bikes, and other bikes. I would recommend them to the neighbors and anyone else interested in buying.
