We bought the 2 Townie bikes which sit up just right for my 75 year old body. Easy to ride, good weight, and comfortable. a And we appreciated all their help in attaching baskets, adjusting the seat and handle bars fit us just right, recommended new design - safer helmets ... and then helped on our decision regarding bike racks. We were concerned by the design of our old bike rack ... and they showed us a new design that even has a ramp to make it easier to load the bikes. An easy way to get back into biking. The key was the attention to every detail. They spent loads of time with us, explained everything in depth and clearly we recommend George Garner Cyclery Lake Zurich to buy bikes, for service or anything bike-related that you might need. Excellent products, and even better the customer service. We're repeat customers, shopping at George Garner and even more so with the Treck brand. We moved to Crystal Lake and that's why we changed the store from Northbrook. We congratulate Sean for his customer service; we feel very good about him, good energy and knowledgeable about the product he sells, although we miss Ryan. he is for sure the best! I am very grateful for George’s assistance at your shop when we came in. My son was very upset that I was purchasing him a helmet after he fell on a busy street while trying to do a trick with no helmet on and George helped us both calm down, managed to get a helmet on my sons head and my son kept it on for the remainder of our ride. Thank you so much! We just moved to Barrington and will be returning to Lake Zurich for future bike repairs and purchases.
