The process to rent ebikes was very easy on the website. Also, when I needed to reschedule the date, the staff was very accommodating. The ebikes were in excellent condition and the staff provided a very helpful overview before we started our ride.

Our sales person, Jake, was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. We were there for over two hours, deciding on the type of bike and accessories that would be best suited for our style of riding.
