I was in the market for a new bike for the first time in a very long time, and the staff at George Garner Cyclery were great at helping me choose the right bike and accessories. They took the time to explain the different types of bikes available as well as all the nuances of bikes at different price points. I got exactly what I wanted without being upsold on things I didn't need, so I'm very happy with my experience choosing George Garner Cyclery.

Friendly customer service. Quick service. Honest. I brought my son's bike in for service to replace the front tire tube. I asked to check the rear tire tube and if it needs to be replaced then go ahead and replace it. It was ok and they didn't need to replace it. I appreciate the honesty. That goes a long way in to earn trust. Service was quick too. Done the same day. Thanks!

My kids purchased a bicycle a couple years ago. I needed one and they recommended George Garner Cyclery in Libertyville. The service I received was informative and I purchased one but it was at a different store and the retrieved it from the another store in quick time.
