What do I like about the product and service? The service I received from Ryan when I brought in my Electra Cruiser for a chain check was impressive. He checked it out and gave me options. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about my bike. I purchased a new seat and a bike dinger. He helped me select the correct bike seat. The shop was speedy & efficient in putting on my new seat and the bell. Highly recommend George Garner Cyclery

George and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable about products and services and only made common sense recommendations without being pushy. They assessed my needs and customized the products and services to fit. Were genuinely concerned about the products I received and my satisfaction with each.

Got good recommendation for correct size bike for my granddaughter’s rental. When we came in to pick up the bike, seat was adjusted to fit her. The bikes were in great condition, and the service could not have been better.

Knowledgeable, competent bike shop in town. Always willing to fill up my tires and check that the bike is good to go when I come by. Repairs are made when they say they will be. They're super busy in the summer, but they're up front about that.

I lived in Northbrook IL for 30 years and always bought or had my bikes serviced at George Garner cyclery. The service is always professional and friendly and I've always left the store satisfied. When I recently left the area for a new home they boxed up my bike for me and had it shipped to my new location. I appreciate that the bike shop has been in the same location for all these years, and would always help me out in a pinch. Thanks Again

Paying $20 to have my derailleur adjusted when it wasn’t properly switching gears seemed like a bargain. I also love supporting local family businesses. Especially one that has been in the same family for so many years.
