I liked the facial and the knowledge! I see improvement with the onboarding process and detail on the forms. I did see to stop using retinals and acutane 48 hours before. When I arrived I was turned away because I used a prescribed topical ointment on a small part of my face. No retinal or retinol or actives. The last time I went I was able to get a facial and just not have her touch the nose with any peels, tools, etc. If I would have known from the forms that no prescribed products were allowed 48 hours before I would have not used it.

I loved everything about it. The frictionless sign-in, the sleek/minimalist design (esp the garden out back) and my wonderful esthetician, India, who restored my skin and spirit. And at the reception desk, Indiya (sp?) was very welcoming. I will definitely be back!
