I had my DOMANE SLR 7 frame replaced under warranty, TREK did a great job to ship it, the shop techs did an outstanding job swapping it out. I ride TREK bikes because they are fantastic bikes and the support you get is really great.
Major maintenance on my hybrid. It’s my wife’s favorite bike so instead I said save it and Jeremy did just that. I thought about simply buying a new one but that thing rides better than new according to her. Trek did the same for my mountain bike last year.

I worked with Jeremy on a bike repair. He was highly knowledgeable and demonstrated dedication to customer service. He completed my bike repair within a day. I had a small follow up fix that Travis completed while I waited about 10 minutes. Travis also kindly loaded my repaired bike back into my truck and answered my questions about possible upgrading to an electric bike. It was all around a very good experience.
I like the one-on-one attention the employees give, plus better pricing on repairs than bikes plus. They go above an beyond on repairs and service and just a laid back vibe from the store manager.
