Even though they could not quickly repair my 2024 Domane+, I was told that they would work with the warranty department to figure out why the bike would not turn on nor charge. The display would not light up. I left it with them & continued on our vacation into Tennessee from Arkansas.

We had a great experience! We went in to trouble shoot some tire problems we are having with our current Trek bike. This is our childs first "serious" bike. The Associate was very knowledgable and kind. He took a lot of time to work through where the problem could be. Later, he recommended a helmet and our child was really excited! When we got home, we were able to fix the tire from the Associates recommendation and our kiddo is proud to wear his new Trek helmet.
