I visited the bike shop for diagnostic service of a non Trek bike. The staff is super nice and helpful. The technician is friendly and professional. He did a great job diagnosing the ebike issues. The emtb is new, the service was free. To compensate their time and effort, I bought several bike related items in the store. I highly recommend this store. Will come back again. Will buy Trek next time. It’s important to have a local service bike brand. Thank you.
