These guys are awesome. You want to know how to do something and do it yourself - They will explain it to you and help you get through the process. Need something just taken care of - they can do it. Are you a woman and not sure who to trust? This is the shop for you - even if they don’t sell your bike! They will help you get back in the seat and you will leave feeling confident that you just found - not a gold nugget, but a gold mine of help and support! They’re just nice, knowledge, great guys!

Friendly staff. I wish they were located closer to me. They have a lot of great products for biking and paddling. I recently purchased a truck gate pad and wasn't convinced with it, as far as the number of bikes I tote. I returned the next day and they allowed me to return it and I bought the one I wanted. I'll be back.

The great customer service. A teenage kid walked in with a bike issue. The mechanic took a quick glance saw the issue and repaired the kids bike right on the spot. It's hard to find that kind of service.
