Great Bike and Great Customer Service! Unfortunately, I do not remember the person's name (but that's all me!) that helped me, but he was very helpful and took the time to explain everything on the bike including the warranty. Great experience and would definitely recommend Get Outdoors.

Never take my bikes anywhere other than Chris and Stamps and Get Outdoors. Professional, knowledgeable, honest and have an underpromise/overdeliver attitude. Love all of these things about them. Just a quality and LOCAL shop!

Chris is amazing! I brought my bike in a couple of days before a big trip on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and he went above and beyond to help get me ready for my trip. He is so knowledgeable, and such a joy to work with!! I would recommend them to anyone!
