Gina was exceptional from start to finish. We looked at a ton of homes over the course of a year before landing on the right one, and she never once pushed us toward a quick decision — she understood exactly what we were after and was patient through a long, constantly evolving search. When the home we wanted came back into play after our first shot at it fell through, she moved fast and positioned us perfectly to get back to the table. Where she really stood out was the hard part: the inspection and negotiation. She helped us assemble the right specialists, took the findings seriously, and advocated hard on our behalf to get to terms that genuinely reflected the condition of the home. She knows the Ann Arbor deeply and gave us straight, well-reasoned advice at every turn rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear. Even when the deal got complicated and non-linear, she stayed calm, responsive, and completely on top of the details. We couldn't have asked for a better advocate. Highly, highly recommend.

Gina is wonderfully personable and she really knows all the complex guidelines and paperwork and she is especially sharp in finding small things that need to be corrected before the house goes on the market. She also is flexible and works within the seller's schedule. She is not at all pushy or demanding. The amount of paperwork is awesome, but she knows what needs to be filled out, gets it filled out and wraps it all up.

Gina Walsh did a wonderful job for us as our realtor. On a scale of 1to 10 we rate her 100!!! Gina not only priced our house right and marketed it successfully but watched over it and kept it looking as good as if it was her own home as we were in Florida during the whole process. We feel fortunate to have worked with Gina, who is unfailingly pleasant and practical. She worked hard to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the often difficult process of buying a home in Ann Arbor. She was persistent and eventually found us a wonderful home before it even went on the market. We also appreciated that she has a good eye for design and how changes large or small might improve a home. She helped us find contractors to do renovations and has kept in touch to ensure all is going well. We would work with her again. Highly recommended.
