I'm kind of on the spectrum and uncomfortable with strangers, and even people I only know in specific setting, but Giselle is just such a nice person and easy going and natural that i never felt like that with her. I had no idea how to buy a house or any of this, and it felt like i was on an adventure that she was guiding, but also going on along with me. She had lots of practical advice and was also good company looking at houses with. I would never have bought a house if she hadn't been my realtor.

Ultimately, we found the right one and Giselle helped me make a competitive offer without overdoing it, and in the end the house appraised for more than I paid for it! Giselle listened to all our needs and wants.We built our first home so this was our first time dealing with house hunting, bidding an offer, etc. She took her time explaining what we should expect in today’s housing market. We had so many expectations of what we wanted for our second home and she helped us stay on track of what we wanted. She was ALWAYS available to our late night last minute questions and concerns. Giselle is honest, positive, hard working, and most importantly, she wasn’t only our advocate to search for our second home but she was very determined to check all my “wish list” boxes.
