He has stepped in to help me every time I have reached out and is a pleasure to work with. I also feel the company has been wonderful to work with. Items are available quickly and they communicate well with me. Global has fantastic scopes and service.
Bob was great to work with for ordering my new scope. The order came through way faster that expected and he made accommodations to get it installed very quick. Highly recommend Bob Foley.
The ultimate goal was getting 2 nice microscopes. I have those, so I am happy.
But I am still missing a cap and a knob on one of my microscopes.

I have trained microscope customers for Global Surgical for over twenty three years. Excellent help and support from the former vice president, Erin Boyd. It looks like the new team which bought out Global Surgical with a private equity firm seems like they will continue or expand the Global dominance in training their customers. Todd Lester seems to be heading the charge from Global. When the check is sent for paying for their customers training, I’ll know that they are legit!
