I was very impressed with the guidance and service provided by the team at the Bike Project. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable people providing a good range of quality bikes. The advice I received was first class. I would definitely recommend anyone considering buying an electric bike (or any other) to go to the Gloucestershire Bike Project - you will not be disappointed.

I bought my ebike, a Trek Verve+1, from Gloucester Bike Project getting on for a couple of years ago now and the after sales customer care has been very good. They service and repair the bike when necessary and are always ready to help with tips and advice whenever I go in with a problem, I recently had the front forks done there and the bike is running smoothly again. I would definitely recommend The Gloucester Bike Project to anyone thinking of buying an ebike, it is reassuring to know that there is a reliable shop locally to go to for friendly advice, repairs and accessories.

I love this place, exactly what I was looking for. I had gone for a pedal assist electric bike as part of the cycle to work scheme. When I finally had my certificate my intention were to go to Halfords but they were not available on the list, my colleague recommended Gloucestershire Bike Project and he was definitely right! I love that if something goes wrong I have someone to rely on to get me back on the road. The advice I was given was second to none after going into various other shops who did not make the effort. There is workshops you can take part in to learn how to do various bits should you have a problem with the bike and they are doing a free service in January. This is not the bike I was going to go for or the provider but everything happens for a reason! I love the bike, love the shop and have had no issues whatsoever in a month of riding. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for any bicycle! 10/10
