The products are very good quality . There are great bikes for everyone . Every member of staff delivers 100% fantastic customer service. The advice and help that I have received from Matt and all of the other members of the team has been brilliant, best bike shop by a country mile . Would not consider going anywhere else . Thankyou.

Really helpful staff, gave me time and space to look around myself and then were immediately available once I wanted help and advice. Helped me pick out a bike and all the accessories I'd need. A few things I already had, and they weren't at all pushy in trying to make me needlessly replace them which was nice. Got the bike ordered and made use of the Cycle2Work scheme which they were super helpful with explaining as well. Collected the bike the following week, all set up and ready to go, adjusted in-store to make sure the saddle was the right height etc. Really positive experience/

Good knowledge , and bike skills. Good range of Trek bikes, 2nd hand/ renovated bikes and accessories.

Good range of bikes and accessories

Highly informative and helpful staff, very friendly and accommodating. Helped a cycling novice choose a great bike, and explain cycle to work scheme.

This was a very personal service provided by Matt and his team. I was moving to a bicycle style which made me a bit embarrassed! After all, I had ridden bikes with cross bars for 68 years but was now beginning to feel unsafe trying to dismount bringing my leg over - and it was particularly hard if I had fullish panniers on the back with shopping. I also use electric motor assist. I had thought about a 3 wheeler and there are plenty on the market; however, they can also be difficult to manoeuvre and one route I take often is not wide enough for a 3 wheeler and a pedestrian coming the other way. I had looked at the range of Trek bikes and went into the shop to do something else and noticed they them with some discounted. After chatting and trying out I purchased a Trek Lowstep. I am delighted with it. I tell my friends that I have purchased an MGB (My Girlie Bike) but I am happy, feel safe, get all my shopping on the back and, hopefully, will be riding this model onto my 80s! I also feel reassured that the Bike Project will maintain it and give me best advice - my thanks to them all.

Excellent customer service friendly and very helpful

Friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable, not at all pushy. Calm and matter of fact approach put nervous bike rider at her ease. Excellent service, did exactly what you said you’d do, phone calls, bike set up, the lot. Very impressive.

The time, care & patience taken to suggest the right bike. No pressure applied & calm explanations given to my 10 year old grand daughter.
