Fast and friendly I had taking my rear wheel to another shop to have a broken spoke replaced and that shop said the wheel was too badly damaged to be repaired Golden Bear replaced the spoke e o problems they said there was no other damage to the wheel that they could see and I shouldn't have any problems I only wish I would have found this shop before they were moving
