I appreciated the idea that Trek builds a 26" wheel for "in between" sizes. This opens the opportunity for smaller kids to have a good safe piece of equipment for trail riding before reaching adulthood.

I went to the store initially because I knew the Trek bike I was interested in and you were able to get it for me promptly (Domane + 6). I learned that my staff contact (Nate) was very knowledgeable and helpful, which helped me in my purchase decision. Since then, I have been extremely happy with my purchase and service and have recommended the Concord Trek store often (and I know it has led to at least one other purchase). Your product and service prices seem very appropriate to me. In recent year I have owned other quality brands of bikes - BMC & Parlee. And wile I have loved these bikes, I enjoy my Trek at least as much. Nate has really been my only contact at this store, and does an excellent job.
