The store. A REAL store where I have purched 7 bikes in 5 years. Why? Because of the staff relationships Ive formed and that when stuff goes sideways the TAKE CARE of me very well

Nate and his team at the Concord Trek location are the reason why I currently own three Treks and have brought in multiple friends to purchase their bikes from them as well. The sales and service staff are knowledgeable, realistic, and fair. Beyond trek offering phenomenal bikes, the shop stands 100% behind what they sell. These days there are a lot of bike companies offering great options, but there is no one that could beat the customer service, service expertise, and product confidence that is found at the Concord Trek location. Whether you’re re looking to purchase your first bike, already have 3, or have a bike that isn’t a Trek and just need some maintenance, there is no where else I would go.
