Was able to try bike by actually riding. Salesman helped verify size was right. Was able to prepare and deliver while I was there since I had to travel to this Trek store which is further than my own because they had specific size and model available.

There was no pressure to make the sale. The salesperson, Caleb went out of his way to look for options in stock at other Trek stores. Finally, in a pouring rainstorm, he happily installed my new purchased Thule hitch rack and bicycle. He explained all along the way and was not rushed or hurried depite the weather.
