There was no pressure to make the sale. The salesperson, Caleb went out of his way to look for options in stock at other Trek stores. Finally, in a pouring rainstorm, he happily installed my new purchased Thule hitch rack and bicycle. He explained all along the way and was not rushed or hurried depite the weather.

Nathan and team are fantastic. They work hard to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I was a little frustrated by the unexpected price increase due to the tariffs. I had started this process pre-tariff increase and was unhappy to pay more for a bike that, frankly, was not affected by any new tariffs as it was here in the USA before the tariffs. They were polite about it. I know that it was not up to them and I blame Trek corporate for this unfortunate situation.

Helpful, acknowledged my existence immediately, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or want, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, installed some stuff I bought onto the bike quickly, great experience, in and out in under an hour, was on trail the same day.
