The hybrid ebike I purchased has the perfect amount of e assist when needed, while still allowing you to get a great bike workout during your ride. Great option for someone that wants to enjoy a longer, challenging rides, but can't dedicate the time and miles to training. My bike had a small crack in the rim and Trek warrantied the rim and replaced it at no charge. The staff at Trek are always helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Everyone I met was professional and very productive knowledgeable. I was down to two bikes and to test ride both. The other shop eyeballed the seat with not on the bike. Gave me the bike on city streets no helmet and needed a credit card and my drivers license and off I went. Trek had me sit on the bike and back pedal to adjust the seat height. Next they fitted with a top line helmet to the bike outside made sure I could mount it and then off I went. I’m 74 with 2 fake hips and fake knee and been riding near 70 years and still ride about 150-250 miles. Who I was going to do business with was and easy choice.
