After only a few minutes (was very busy) I was greeted by the lady down in the service area. Explained my issues with my MTB. With a smile she said to bring it on in. Figuring I was gonna have to leave it, she put it right up on the park tools lift and started going right through it. She got it tuned up. Which was great as I have an event with the bike this following weekend. I haven’t seen customer service like that in awhile. Hats off to her and the crew. Thank you for getting me in and out quickly.

Gale Stone is fabulous! I haven’t ridden my bike in about 8 years, the bike is about 20yrs old. She looked it over, told me it needed minimal work and was in great shape. She is honest and did not try to upsell me unnecessary things!
When I returned the next day to pick it up, my bike looked brand new! And it rides like a dream!
I picked up some new gloves, shorts, and cross bar upstairs and the gentleman up there was very helpful as well! I will definitely be returning for all future bike needs. And I will definitely recommend them to friends!

I brought two bikes in that had brake problems. I explained that my two grandsons were visiting for the next three weeks, I hoped that it could be done in a week. To my surprise two technicians took charge and they were repaired and road tested in 45 minutes God bless them, they made 2 visiting grandsons and their grandpa happy campers as they say

I brought in my bike that I purchased at a different Trek dealer that was still under warranty, due to a strange noise. They were very helpful and friendly, figured out it was my shock and sent it to Fox to be repaired. Kept me informed as to it’s status going out and returning. Very happy with the high level of service
