Products and services are excellent. When I bought my new TREC, everyone there was very attentive to make sure I had a bike that fit me and the right bike for the kind of rides I do. Service is excellent too. I brought my bike in for a slight problem and they fixed it right away.

I believe that Trek is a top shelf product. You not only provide many different styles of bikes, but the accessories are outstanding. Not to mention that all staff members are courteous, professional and helpful in all stages of sales and repairs.

We've been biking on Trek's for over 30 years as a couple, and have recently purchased 2 Trek Marlin 6+ and are so excited to bike more regularly as we age. Trek in Hooksett has been our go to bike shop always, it wasn't even a question where to look when we made the decision. It is still early spring so we've only had them out for a few hours last week but we are hooked.
