The staff that worked with me was accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Matt recognized a problem that was not caused by the Hooksett Trek store, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out to my satisfaction. David, aka "Fritty", and Rich were awesome in working through the process of completing my transaction. I cannot compliment the staff of this store enough to express my satisfaction with their service.

brought my bike in for a flat tire. there was a tech issue which trek completely resolved with the ordering of a new tire that was no charge to myself. I feel they could have glossed over the issue but they were up front and fixed the problem. I have been going to tek for years they are great!!

My bike needed some relatively special work to get the rear hub working properly. The staff put in the extra effort to diagnose and repair the problem and were super friendly and engaging and informative. Reall appreciate the work as that got me back out for a ride same day.
