I walked in with a used, dusty bike luckily during a lull in the service area. I was helped immediately, with a thorough examination and quick brake tuneup. This is the 4th bike I've brought to you folks. I will absolutely be back.

I love that the staff at Trek (Hooksett) are avid MTB themselves and are more than happy to give you advice and hook you up with service. Also, they teach you the little things you need to know so you can help yourself. It's more than just a store.

Products and services are excellent. When I bought my new TREC, everyone there was very attentive to make sure I had a bike that fit me and the right bike for the kind of rides I do. Service is excellent too. I brought my bike in for a slight problem and they fixed it right away.
