My bike was just like brand new when I picked it up from it’s one year free service. The staff has been very helpful with a part I needed replaced under warranty when I was in Florida. Both dealerships worked together!!! Couldn’t be happier!

My wife and I drove from Vermont to Trek Bicycle Hooksett on Sunday to purchase gravel bikes. We made the trip from Vermont because the bike shop in our area is closed on Sundays, and we are very glad we did. The location is beautiful, and all of their bicycles were on display in a way that made everything easy to navigate. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted right away and directed to the bikes we were looking for. After we selected our bikes, the staff immediately brought them upstairs, completed a full inspection, and made sure everything was ready to ride. We also picked out accessories, and the staff installed everything for us while taking the time to explain how each item worked. We decided to purchase a new bike rack as well, and they walked us through the different options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Once we made our decision, they installed the rack, showed us how to properly use it and the locks, and also reviewed all of the components of our new bicycles. This was an excellent experience and a great reminder that working directly with knowledgeable people is far better than trying to figure everything out online through videos or other platforms. We were able to ask questions, get immediate answers, and leave feeling confident in our purchase. We took our bikes for a ride and are extremely happy with them. Overall, the entire experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Trek Bicycle Hooksett.

Fritti was so unbelievably helpful and patient with me trying to find the right shoes. He went way out of his way to find my size in Michigan and have them sent to his store . He was friendly and sweet and made me feel ok when I decided not to take the shoes after all he went though to find them . His demeanor and his love of cycling made my wife and I want to come back more often and do more business with trek of hooksett

I love my new Madone frame and cannot say enough good about the team at the Trek store in Hooksett. I feel like they really take care of me and I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone their way. Knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The bike was flawless after they were done with the extensive amount of work performed.
