I purchased a Kuat rack a few years ago and it was damaged by another vehicle. Matt helped me figure out which parts I needed to order direct from Kuat and offered to help me install the replacement parts when they arrive. Great service!

I feel I have always been treated great. I think you can find other shops a bit cheaper but as the saying goes “ you get exactly what you pay for!” The service dept. is honest and fair, can’t ask for more than that!!

On a weekday, I stopped into Trek shop in Hookset with my Trek road bike to discuss appropriate spring service with Matt. He was very helpful. After agreeing to a level 1 tune-up and a new rear tire I left the bike in Matt's capable hands. About a week later, I picked up the bike. It looks great and rides better. The drivetrain is significantly more responsive, and the brakes are tighter. You can expect excellent service at this bike shop.
