I went to Trek in Hookset to look at purchasing my first real (not a Walmart special) bike to try and get some exercise and try and loose some weight. The staff there are very professional and have alot of knowledge. My first stop was to look at what I wanted before committing to a significant purchase for most. The gentleman that helped me gave me option for what I was looking to accomplish. He fitted me to the right size bike which I didn't realize that biking was that in depth. Test road a few bikes and the part that made me go back was they didn't pressure me into buying. He told me to go check out some other bikes out there.
The 2nd trip back was after spending another week looking at all the bikes I was interested in and I kept coming back to Trek. I went in ready to purchase and they still wanted to fit me to a bike just to be sure it was the right size for me. That was great to me so im not buying something that is not going to work for me. The gentleman that helped me fit me to the bike and was able to get me all the accessories I needed to start out without breaking the bank to much while keeping me as safe as I could be while out on the road.
Can I just say when I saw all the bikes in there without peddles I thought they didn't have any so people could just run in and steal them. Come to find out you need to buy them separately, who knew haha. Overall really great experience both times I was in the Hookset store. I plan to get some miles in and hopefully this becomes my newest hobby that I will enjoy while getting exercise at the same time.

Trek is consistent, high quality, and well designed. I have had Trek bikes for more than 20 years and appreciate everything about them. I took my newest Domane in because the front brake was not working after being stored for 2 seasons. The service department in Hooksett did a great job getting it fixed and replaced the pads and rotors which it desperately needed. Couldn't be happier with my fresh wheels!!

The service person was great! I had an e-bike which I know is a total pain but she was really helpful in changing my tire. I am from Philly and one of the most useful things for having an e-bike is the local bike shop offers a pick-up/drop off for a surcharge. I happened to have a pick-up truck this time but I usually don't and have a hard time transporting my e-bike. You could do like X number of miles from the store and charge people. A lot of people don't get their e-bikes serviced regularly because they are so heavy.
The next time I need an e-bike I will certainly check out your store although whoa! they looked pretty expensive.
Store was very clean, well-marked, and the staff were all professional, pleasant, and helpful.

The staff are very knowledgeable and extremely personable! I was heading out of town for vacation and do a bike ride in Acadia National Park. This has been on my bucket list for a long time. My gear shift had broken, on a previous ride. I brought it in for service. They assured me it would be ready on time. You all had it fixed and ready the next day! I’m so grateful, thank you!

I went to trek to get my 2 year old his 1st helmet! I am so glad I went to trek and didn’t try to figure it out on my own! The sale rep I don’t remember his name was very knowledgeable and patient w my 2 year old. Turns out my little guy has a large head !! I also learned from the sales associate how a helmet is supposed to fit which I thought I already knew but turns out I did not ! Safety is very important to me as someone who has a family member w TBI! This was my first time at Trek and will def be back for any of my families biking needs ! I also loved that the helmet comes w a 1 year warranty.
