The service person who took care of me when I brought in my bike was very patient and knowledgeable and worked with me as a 62 year old helping me to determine what was best for me. She asked extra questions to make sure all my needs were met.

The entire staff makes you feel like everyone is a giant family! My 7d bike needed a tune up, and some other work. The thorough explanation and work required was the best. They are always friendly, and thorough. When I picked up my bike, I rode it in the parking lot like I was a kid again.

Great service. I was so defeated when I walked in there because of health issues . I was not able to ride my Trek 7300 for over a year. Steve knew exactly what bike I could comfortably ride and it worked. I was so happy, I could have cried. I had to come back to get it because my car is small. They helped me put on my car rack and I sang all the way home. I of course road it right off the car.Thank you!

All of their products are of the highest quality and my husband and I found an ample selection of various bicycles, helmets, gloves, water bottles, etc. We could not be more pleased with everyone’s willingness to help, along with the expertise demonstrated by Steve, mgr., and those in sales and every technician, regarding anything pertaining to the operation and care of owning a bicycle!
