We were looking for a bike for my adult daughter. She wanted a retro with a basket. After stopping at two other bike shops who had no interest in helping us, we ended up at GoodSpeed. We spoke to Graham, who was nothing but helpful. We ended up buying a bike from him. Everyone at GoodSpeed is so knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend GoodSpeed.

Came in for a tune up and clean. Very happy with the work and price. They addressed every question I had about the maintenance to be done and other questions I had about keeping bike working properly. Very happy with the work done.

I bring in my bike every year to be serviced in the spring. The staff are friendly and helpful. They make recommendations with no hard selling of products. The turnaround was a quick four days to get my bike spruced to ride this spring, summer, and fall.

Everything from the initial selection of my bicycle and accessories was fun! Steve and the rest of the staff went above and beyond - they really enjoy helping their customers and fully answer any questions. I had to make a few modifications and add-ons with my initial order based on my needs. I so look forward to hitting the bike trails soon! These days with everything being digital and on-line, it is rare to find folks to actually help you! Hooray for small businesses and Thank You So Much to GoodSpeed!
