Honestly the customer service my husband and I received highly exceeded our expectations. My husband was looking for a specific bike and multiple stores in our area told me It wouldn’t be until January for them to get this specific model. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask another bike store and called Goodspeed. Everyone, from who answered the phone to who helped me order the bike, went above and beyond my expectations. Ester and Josh helped me and if they had to call me back it was prompt and they were always so friendly. My husband called a month later and just wanted to see the status on when his bike would be in and talked to Steve. Steve contacted him after hours to let him know an ETA. When I say they went beyond and above I definitely mean it. The staff is amazing and have given us better customer service than any other store.
Nice selection of products, and even more important friendly, knowledgeable and helpful service people. I do not spend my money at places where the service is not friendly. Thanks for being all around helpful to me and my bike! It helps that you have Trek products too.
I scheduled a time for your team to look over my mom’s bike that had a front brake issue. Annette had it fixed in no time (and fixed some frustrating fenders!) and was super helpful in getting all my questions answered and helping me find a few other items I needed to purchase. I had not been to Goodspeed in a while, but will be back soon. Told everyone I saw later that day how positive of an experience I had. I also appreciate you all taking things seriously with COVID-19. Complete opposite of the bad experience I had getting my car serviced at the dealership. Rock on, Goodspeed!
