I love going to the movies. I hope that enough people continue to go to the movies so that we can keep our theatres open and running. I do have 2 items of feedback to give you.
1. Turn down the volume - it is way too loud - uncomfortable loud and the volume needs to go down.
2. Reward Program. It's been months since Santikos took over and we have not been able to use our Reels reward points. I did get charged the annual fee but I'm not getting any rewards! Not even my birthday reward back in February. I got nothing! This is not good. I'm getting
ready to close out my account b/c this is not working for me.
I have been going to the movies every Thursday night for many years. It is usually not very busy, but sometimes there is a line at the concession stand. I do not appreciate being treated like I am a criminal. There is a particular person that works there that comes across as being very rude. Some actions have been telling us that we are not allowed in the theatre because we were an hour early. I think that they should be pleased we are early and suggest that we get concessions, visit the game room, but that the particular cinema opens 30 minutes prior to the start of the feature! Also, I was rudely interrupted during the middle of a movie with spotlights and asked to present movie tickets. I asked, "what in the world is going on?" The reply was that kids were sneaking in the movie and they were trying to catch them. The only problem is that there were only 5 or 6 people in the whole cinema. I think he was picking me out and giving excessive worry for no reason. I am 62 years old, I go to the movie every thursday and I have no reason to sneak in a movie. These people need of concentrate on taking care of customers and not worry about silly stuff. I spend maybe 70-80 dollars every week and could very easily be spending it elsewhere. I hope that you can understand all of this and do something to create a better experience for customers.
