The family atmosphere I got when I walked in. The usher who tore my ticket was extremely polite and helpful directing me to my movie. The lines to the concessions was pretty fast as well. Mangers were present in the lobby assisting people at the coke machines. The lady behind the counter even suggested an up sale to me (unfortunately I declined her offer). Went into the GPX screen to see my movie and my row and seat was clean and not hard to find. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I can’t wait to go again especially since they are showing Studio Ghibli movies at their theater which a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE plus for me!

Our tickets were purchased online. I couldn't find my phone to pull up the confirmation and before I could panic, the customer service agent politely asked if I had the card used. And instantly printed out the stubs and receipt. Each visit has been pleasant and enjoyable. We look forward to our next movie date. Thanks!!!
