There was an incident where a couple where arguing and fighting while we were in theatre room 18 and the lady sprayed mase in his face, clearing the entire room. This workers moved us to another room as provided complimentary tickets for our next movie. They handled it well.

I choose to watch movies at the Grand over other theaters because of people like Chris who has worked there for years. We consider him a friend of the family. He knows us by name and always welcomes me, my wife, and our kids whenever we see him - which is often.

Still enjoy seeing movies in theater. Especially grateful for family oriented and faith based movies such as Unsung Hero, etc. Also, the service (in person ticket purchase, greeter at entry, and concessions) here was great.
