I ordered stuff, most of it they had but unfortunately some products were sold out.
I was promptly refunded for the products out of stock.
A few days later I get a box at my door with the shipped items.
Prompt courteous communication and almost next day delivery.
I'll be visiting the store for some more shopping.

1. Good stock. I like that you have Salsa bikes. Good selection of accessories - locks, pedals, little park tool items for the home mechanic. We also bought my girlfriend's Liv hardtail here on a great sale price.
2. Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and often just cool to chat with.
It's always a good experience. Pleasant, professional, efficient, the mechanics know their stuff, and it seems like even the folks at the front do, too. GRC is just a dope spot.

Purchase was easy, bike setup spot on, and their onsite tech's were very helpful and friendly this past weekend during the Princess Margaret Ride to Conquer Cancer. I personally prefer shopping local because the service and support is better, Grand River Cycle has lived up to my expectations. Cheers.
