Purchase was easy, bike setup spot on, and their onsite tech's were very helpful and friendly this past weekend during the Princess Margaret Ride to Conquer Cancer. I personally prefer shopping local because the service and support is better, Grand River Cycle has lived up to my expectations. Cheers.

My chain broke so I took it into GRC, they replaced the chain and suggested I get a new cassette due to its condition. They had it in and out a week quicker than first suggested. Bike feels amazing and I am back on the trails!

Although I have a bit further to drive it is wet worth it. No more having to drive to Kitchener. Good selection of products all the way around. The man at the counter helped me figure out the CATEYE computer. Samething every year, to adjust the time and getting the bottom cap off. I had to bring my bike over as the back wheel was loose. It was the Doves I believe I was told that came loose. It was fixed in about 20 minutes so I did not have to come back. Good service. Rick

We had some parts that were broken and needed to be repaired. They took care of it pretty quickly at a reasonable cost. Workers were super knowledgeable and friendly. Would 100% go there again.
